Terrible site. We had a horrible experience. The night before arrival, I rented a spot outside of London. It kept saying “awaiting approval by landlord”. As we had to have confirmation, we decided to book a second spot hoping that this booking would be quicker. Bad idea- I woke up the next morning to commute into London and both bookings still read “awaiting approval by landlord “. We wrote to the company with screenshots snd timestamps to prove this and their response around 5pm was that we were out of our cancellation range. Keep in mind that my booked arrival time was at 10am but I didn’t hear back from them until way later. They need to sort out their issues. In the end, we booked with a much more reputable service and had zero issues. I would never recommend Parker to anyone. End of.

I rented a "secure allocated parking space in gated location" for 2 1/2 weeks as I flew overseas from a different city where I live in. All looked good as I parked my car there but about one week later I was told to move my car and not park there any longer. And I was on the other side of the planet. Fortunately for me my son happen to live nearby and managed to find time in short notice, move the car and find alternative parking. My son also found a bunch of parking tickets on my car when he went there..

While this problem may have been caused by a unfair and/or incompetent landlord the Parklet's help was minimal. No assistance was offered to me, I had to sort everything by myself. As for compensation they refunded only the days that the car was not at the parking place I paid for.

Positive is that they do communicate, reply to phone calls and emails. It's just that the help they offer is minimal or not there at all.

I do not recommend them.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company, take your money out off your bank but don’t like giving you back your deposit, I’m still waiting for my deposit it’s been very long time and deposit amount £60 , AVOID

I have used Parklet for a little over a year now to rent out my garage. Such a great idea, so easy, I wish I had known about them sooner as I had an empty garage for two years! Very helpful team at the end of the phone, no automated messages to deal with or numbers to press, a real person!

Very happy with the service I receive from them and have recommended them to a number of friends in my area who have parking available and they are now benefiting too! Thanks guys.

I have rented a parking place through Parklet. On top of the fact that they overcharge you (spoke with the owner of the parking place and he stated that he only receives half of the sum that I paid them) their payment terms are absurd. You can only set up a debit each month for which you would paid the initially agreed sum, otherwise, you can only to the payment via phone...for which they charge you an extra 6.50 GBP? It's absurd that you cannot make the payment online without having the extra charges, not to mention this needs to be paid in the middle of the month. Who pays their bills middle month? They are very inflexible when it comes to payment terms plus if you miss the day of payment, they will continue calling and chasing you up with phone calls and emails. Very bad experience and from now on I will only rent straight from the owners

Dreadful experience.

I was sold a space that once they had taken payment for and I had made arrangements to get to they decided they could not then access. They took several days to work this out, costing me extra time and money in alternative stand by arrangements. And then they stated that they would not refund me my payment for well over a week. If this is legal its borderline legal - Be warned.

Having rented my parking space through Park Let I would never use them again. They did not pay on time and when they did it was wrong. Sometimes I didn't get paid at all and had to chase and chase and chase.

Staff not very helpful. My suggestion would be to go elsewhere or do it yourself!

I considered the possibility about renting my drive but had nothing but timewasters via Gumtree! Did a bit of research and found ParkLet. So nice to find a helpful company like this. They talked me through everything on the phone and sent a copy of their terms. I'm now advertising my driveway and ready to earn a bit of extra cash from them. They manage the whole agreement for me. Great idea to have. Would happily recommend to anyone.

A mate recommended parklet to me last year. i have two garages and didnt use 1 so asked them to help me. i know have an extra 150 quid a month for doing nothing!!! highly recommend them. easy money

Recently sold my car as I don't drive anymore and a friend suggested I rent my driveway out. Tried gumtree but it was full of time wasters and then I stumbled across parklet.

Great staff and so easy as they call you when they have someone interested, set up the contract and then give you all the details, nice little bit of pocket money for doing nothing! Would reccomend to anyone!
