Don't Bother To Try Ringing, You Hold On For Hours
Don't bother to try ringing, you hold on for hours & hours !!!! if possible go online, it only takes a moment. I renewed online in minutes, whereas it has cost me a fortune on the phone. i cannot say how rmc actually respond to a call out, as i've never needed to use their service ( fortunately). However, i have every faith in the company. Plus- other companies rip you off for their services, this one does not !!

2nd Year Renewing. Thankfully Not Had To Call On The Servic.
Just renewed membership for another years peace of mind. I've fortunately not had to request any assistancefrom Rescue My Car but travel with less concern by being a member. Long may the current situation apply with no need to call on the service, butthe knowledge of having a number to call in such an eventis certainly worth paying for.

Great Service
I joined Rescue my car many years ago , I blew my turbo a few weeks after ,thought this will teach me to go with a cheaper company, how wrong was I they were fantastic, got myself my mum my young daughter and the puppy home .
I have stuck with them .
Yesterday I broke down in my campervan with two dogs . The customer service was excellent talked me through getting to a safe place .
They arranged for me to be recovered to home promptly. The garage that attended where excellent. Can not recommend enough .
Auto Renewal It Did Not Happen???
Hi; I am very happy that I have not had to use your services, "As Yet"!
having been a member since 2022; I was suprised to get an email telling me to renew my policy for the next 12 months??
Upon signing up for your services in 2022 I did indeed select the option to "Auto-Renew"
on my policy? Old Policy Number, and have to wait for 30 Days before my cover continue's.
As this item has been overlooked by you or your system; I am a little upset that it has happened; I am sure if you check please that I am not at fault about this incident, and would appreciate you looking into this error and amending it, please?
You sent me an email with an attachment. upon reading theis I scrolled down to the botton and saw that, "Auto-Renew was already selected??
Hence my sending you this, "Query" about my renewal??
This Query reflects the 4 star rating I have given!

Reliable, There When Needed
I have been with Rescue my car for several years, but only needed them once to sort my old van that would not start.
On that occasion, phone was answered promptly and my request for assistance dealt with politely and professionally.
Funny breakdown companies are some thing you hope you never need....
Q&A
do they cover for european cover also cars older than 16 years?
Will this cover include my wife?
The cover is for the vehicle so cover would be for anyone driving the vehicle
Does it matter how many miles you have done to get the parts and labour in the breakdown cover price?
When you take out the policy, they will normally ask the age & mileage of your Car anyway. So, they are already aware. However, ALWAYS read the 'Key Facts' & Small print. Better safe than sorry.
