When you pay for a top of the range car wash you are left sith the impression your car should at least be clean.

Sadly IMO car wash in Wisbech falls at this.

The windscreen and rear bumper on our car was left dirty. This is after we paid for an Ultra HD wash.

They really should be prosecuted under the Sale Of Goods and Services act for failing to deliver what is promised.

We won't be going back.

i am normally using the imo car wash in asda pudsey, leeds. they have a 50% discounted facility for regular users and taxi services. i am using this facility for my cars of my own. but on saturday and sunday they are not accepting the codes for discount. its ok, but otherdays they simply say the computer down and not connecting to server like silly excuses for not using the discount and use there other wash onece you are in track for washing. i repeated severel time and i feel it is a gimmick for cheating the customers, anyway now i am not using that service.
