Appalling behaviour. I agreed to view and test drive a vehicle and confirmed it twice. I gave my contact details and phone number. It was a 140 mile round trip but because a meeting overran and the traffic was heavy I was running an hour late. When I got to Guilford I phoned to say I was close only to be told the car had been sold! The following day I phoned again to say I thought they had behaved badly only to be told it was my fault for not phoning earlier. AVOID.

They tried to seller a car with faulty brakes.

Then expected me to leave a deposit at my cost whilst the fixed the brakes!!!

They were rude and arogrant.

If you value you life and your loved ones life.

Avoid DAVID BROWN CARS!!!

Excellent garage and good staff. I dealt with Robert.

I bought a low mileage Mini Cooper S.

After I got home I noticed a couple of small niggles which they had missed during the inspection. Only minor things but I felt they should have been pciked up.

I rang up Robert and they offered to pay for the little niggles to be sorted out at a local garage to save me driving back down to them.

I was very impressed as they could easily told me to go sling my hook. Service like this is very rare.

When my wife car get replaced next year the first place I will be visiting is David Brown.
