Utterly, Utterly Worthless Manual
Utterly, Utterly worthless repair manuals. Speaking as a person who has done all of my own vehicle maintenance for 30+ years on BMW, Mercedes, Lotus, Lamborghini, to name but a few, this "repair manual" is the single most worthless collection of junk ever to waste space on my computer. The 24gb ova file (covering scant detail on every Mercedes rather than in-depth detail on the one I needed) expands when installed into 75gb of bloat-ware running on a virtual Windows 7 (circa 2009) system. It took the entire capacity of my workshop laptop to run, after I dumped useful software to install it, and provided nothing more than a worthless database of pixilated diagrams apparently scanned from the output of a dot-matrix computer. I found not one shred of useful mechanical information after searching the system for over an hour. Their customer service team is simply around to help overcome the horrendous mandraulic process required to access the 'ova' file sold. They refused to refund me when asked because "they delivered me a manual". I have now purged every part of their manual from my computer so that should let you appreciate just how worthless it is; empty hard drive space is more valuable than this company's workshop manual. PLEASE do not waste your money on this dreadful, worthless, garbage.

2012 Sienna Repair Manual
There is no table of contents or index so you can find the area you need. There is an abundance of information but it seems to center mainly around the interior and wiring diagrams. I need help with knowing how to disassemble the engine compartment so I can replace the spark plugs and ignition coils. I couldn't find that. Maybe it's in there but I can not find it without a table of contents or index

Paid - Not Received
I purchased a manual form emanualonline. They send ma a "link" that did nothing but dump my connection back into their main page. After trying for over an hour and following every single instruction AND GETTING NO DOWNLOAD, I informed the company that I wanted my money refunded. 8 hours later, I was getting spammed with corrected links. NOTE: this was only AFTER I wanted my money back. At this point, I was DONE. I have requested my refund (understand its only $22) 5 times, each time I have gotten excuses - and no money. They claim I have the link and have the download. Any IT person can tell that I have NEVER accessed that download link. So they are lying about the access. The customer service is HORRID and they do NOT deserve your business. I'm still waiting for my money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Bmw E46 M3
Do not deal with these merchants. I purchased a manual that clearly states bmw e46 m3 on it when it does not even have the m3 in it, they now refuse to give me a refund because i downloaded the manual, in other words, the downloaded manual is useless to me and how am i supposed to know the m3 is not in it without downloading the manual and opening it up? Sham!

Lack Of Detail
I ordered a manual for a Peugeot 3008, with purpose of replacing the fan relay as well as the tappet cover gaskets.
1) There is no reference to fan relay whatsoever, not even a diagram showing its location.
2) There is no guide to replacing the tappet cover gaskets other than disassembling/re-assembling the entire cylinder head, which is described very briefly.
A total waste of $27.
I Purchased A Manual For A Mitsubishi Rosa, And Th
I purchased a manual for a Mitsubishi Rosa, and the listing claimed "MODELS COVERED:
All Models/Engines/Trim/Transmissions Types Are Covered."
I was sent a zip file with old PDFs from 2003, and engine models from late 90's. My 2012 vehicle is far from being covered.
Email their support, and the only response I got was "Yeah, we don't have your model or engine. And we don't do refunds."
They sell PDFs widely available online. Check that on other reliable meta-review websites. Stay away from these guys.

No Refunds Given
Bought wrong manual. E-mailed them before I received download (which I never opened) said I bought a diesel version and could I have the Petrol version. They said they didn't do it and I could have an "instore credit for a different manual". WHAT GOOD IS THAT TO ME - I ONLY HAVE ONE VAN ???
Bad customer service, never again.

Bait And Switch
Purchased a Parts and Repair manual, received a link to a Flat Rate billing manual which is useless. Repeated attempts with Support got nowhere, denying the problem, would not correct error or refund purchase. Eventually Support offered "store credit". I don't want "store credit", I want what i paid for or a refund. Now I must hassle with disputing this charge with the credit card company. Bad experience!
Emanualonline - Just Say No.....
As part of an elaborate network of deceptive sales practices eManualOnline misrepresents their online automotive manuals downloads as the first layer of "bait & switch". When you discover what you receive is not what you ordered they will then refuse to refund your money. They will even go as far as re a PayPal dispute by offering a full refund contingent on the impossible physical return of the digital download. DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY, THEY'RE MADE UP! LOOK INSTEAD AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SEE THEIR "F" RATING.

Takes Your Money And Do Not Send The Proper Manual
Ordered a Service\Mainenace Manual for a JD 4500 Tractor. Paid for it and was sent a file with garbage for all kinds of tractors but not the one for the JD 4500.
Contacted the company and all they kept saying was that it was in the downloadable file.
It was not and they have refused to refund my money.
DO not use this firm
Q&A
I ordered three manuals but it says no download available. Any ideas?
Contact them - they will do everything to get you up and working.
I had problems with the download and they said they did not have time to help, but fortunately I purchased through PayPal and Emanualonline does not like negative feedback. So if your not happy if you have not paid through PayPal there's is a site for feedback which they monitor. Has anyone else had problems with the download?
They are not professional and the complaint become very personnel but continue, they stand to lose a lot more.
I had a download problem like yours when I purchased my manual. The download is big and takes hours. When it came to installing the manual on my computer it did not work at all and I contacted the support team and we exchanged e-mails on the progress on my side. Finally they contacted me so that they could log-on to my computer which they did via Team viewer and the download was installed by the support team and it has been working ever since.
I did place a order and was not able to download the product at the time that I needed it. I am not very happy with my purchase at all. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks. How do I go about getting a refund. Oh yes, when I purchased the download it was going to cost $14.99 but the charge was $25.47. What is that about? Is It false advertising?
Hi, I have downloaded and installed the product without any difficulty.
As the product worked right off the bat there was no need to contact them but the communication I had was good.
