my family all use this garage for cars and motorcycles and have had good service for many years

they only use quality parts and if we have ever had an issue they sort it out

straight forward and good value is a fair rating

Absolutely disgraceful will never ever use this garage again and would never recommend to anyone.

No communication bike failed mot never got given any prices for parts and things that needed doing. Didn’t even get told when the bike had its re test I had to find out on mot checker online.

When rang I asked for the price and got told I don’t know it’s bank holiday weekend I’m going home.

Tuesday went and picked up the bike and got charge £700 for shoddy work.

When asked if it could corrected got told it’s beeen paided for now that’s not how it works well the exhaust on eBay and sort it yourself.

I cannot believe this garage is still running with no respect or communication for his customers.

my car ran out of mot and this garage could do it for me,it failed on tyresamd being a girl i had no idea what to fit,they took the time to explain my options and asked me to advise them what type of journeys the car was used for,they fitted a set of general uhp all weather tyres and i can not believe how much this has improved my mercedes handling and road noise

will go back to them for a service and some other repairs,

they were not the cheapest but in my opinion far better to deal with than any garage i have ever dealt with

we use this garage for everything our cars and motorcycles need

we have just had a new set of springs and front shockabsorbers fitted to our bmw ,they used kyb parts and set the alignment afterwards and the car is much better than before great job

very prompt service,mechanic was polite and car was fixed correctly,we did not tell them that 2 other garages had failed to fix our Mercedes ,we should have tried this garage first. we were trying to save money going to cheaper garages but ended up spending more , our fault, next time we will go straight to ernigrip they appear to have a very busy workshop ,only problem was they had run out of loan cars speaking to the receptionist we think it would be a good idea for them to get some more .

Have been using Ernigrip for the last four years and cannot fault them. They always look for the best price they can, are really thorough in both investigating faults and carrying out repairs and are polite and courteous at all times. They go out of their way to pick me up or drop me off from work and their service has been so good that most of my company now use them for MOTs, servicing, tyres and repairs. I never doubt that I will get the best of service and would entrust them with any job, no matter how large or small. A great team!

We have used Ernigrip for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the service provided and value for money. If there is ever an emergency, they do all they can to fit us in and fix the problem. We can leave the car with them knowing that work will be carried out to a high standard and we will be advised if something will need to be done in the next few months. My Jeep Grand Cherokee has always been difficult to diagnose. When I got another ECM warning code a few weeks ago, I started to worry straight away as it took three garages and five different test rigs to diagnose it when I had a gearbox error earlier this year. This time, I took it to my a 4x4 specialist whose equipment could not read the Jeep's diagnostic codes, nor could a colleague of theirs. I found Ernigrip on 'whocanfixmycar.com' and I had no great expectations. When I spoke to the adviser, I found I was talking to someone who really knew what he was talking about. His approach to diagnosing the fault (itermittent turbo failure) was refreshing. When I took the car in, he found the fault within a few hours, despite his equiment having problems diagnosing the codes (but he knew why - the unit had been encrypted!). It took a few days for the suspect part to arrive, but he was right. He also changed a couple of 'service' items which were well overdue. The car is now back on the road, performing better than it ever has since I've had it. He kept me fully informed at all times as to what was happening, and what he recommended. Not a penny cost was incurred without our prior agreement. I highly recommend Ernigrip and will not hesitate to use them again. The total bill was considerably less that we expected as well. One very happy customer!

The gang worked hard to keep me informed and make sure I was back on the road in no time after being sent all over with my 3 series issues. I went to 3 ther garages who quoted silly prices and these boys soted it in no time and gave me a car while I waited !!!
