I was so impressed by the staff and technicians who worked on my Mini Clubman recently. Not only did they go the 2nd mile to save me money on major repairs undertaken, their customer service was also top drawer. A big thank you to everyone.

I took my car to this workshop for overheating problem that occurred.

They said that I should leave my car, that they will check it and call me later.

I received a call later, the caller said that my car will cost £300 to fix and there is high chance that my car top gasket is gone and will cost £1000 to fix.

I told them not to fix the car that I will come and pick up my car as the car is not worth £1000.

They said that I will pay £90 for diagnosis before taking my car.

I asked what exactly did you do, they said that my car was put on ramp and they looked under my car.

I asked if any bolt was physically taken off, they said no.

I then asked them, if I bring my car for service how much will you charge me? I got no answer.

I went to pick up my car, they insisted of charging £90 for diagnosis which I paid.

I took my car straight to scrap yard and scrapped it for £200.

The point is when I took my car to their workshop, I was never told of diagnosis changes.

Be warned, don't go to this workshop.

I had my air conditioning fixed last week. The young man I dealt with was super efficient, polite and professional. He collected and returned my car in the time frame agreed. I would definitely recommend this company, his customer care was exemplary.

All okay - good experience with these chaps. Aftersales could be a tad better but you cant have it all..on the whole, I'm happy.

First time I've used this place and very impressed with the people, service and price. After getting quotes from Elms and Scothall BMW for a service and KDS wheel alignment for my 5 Series I decided to look at getting the work done at an independent BMW specialist. However I then and got a recommendation for European Car Centre from a fellow BMW owner from a forum and thought I'd give them a try.

I normally use either independent BMW specialists or main BMW dealerships for any work that is required. Whilst this garage doesn't market themselves as a BMW specialist (I assume that this is because they are a Bosch centre) from my recent experience they clearly have the same level of knowledge and expertise as garages that claim to be specialists. The staff at the customer service desk were very professional and friendly.

The place itself was very clean (on-par with main dealerships) and has a deceptively large service area which you can see through a glass partition. Sincerely recommended.
