Recommend to a friend? I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. Exceptionally poor.

From the minute I arrived at Europit Tyres Colchester branch, I was welcomed by friendly helpful staff.

They did a fantastic job fitting four new tyres for me and even helped sort out my spare tyre for me whilst I was there.

I felt completely at ease, which considering the past year, is not a common thing to happen. Especially as a woman going to a new garage, which can feel daunting at the best of times.

I ordered the tyres on the website and booked my appointment on there too, it was very easy to use.

I cannot recommend them enough, great friendly efficient service!

Had a problem with my brakes left my car with europit and asked them to show me any major problems this they did and were helpful with advice. Having seen the work needed/parts i left it with them at a price agreed i was delighted to pick up my car later all work completed. Very helpful people and at a good price and quick too.

I had a slow puncture and took the car in they told me all the tyres needed changing...I took their word for it as I'd had the car for some time and they must have needed it.

It was only after driving on the motorway that the steering was veering to the left and there was terrible vibration through the steering wheel. This is usually due to tracking and balancing. I took it back and they did the balancing. Driving on the motorway again it was worse. Took it back and they said "tracking is not part of the work carried out when fitting tyres" fair enough but it wasn't doing it before hand,they come out with some rubbish about my tyres before had worn in a way that I wouldn't notice if my tracking was out. What a load of tosh. Avoid at all cost.

There is nothing to like about this company. Poor workmanship, shocking customer service and run by liars.

I wouldn't return to them if you paid me, I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favour and stay well away.

ford road europit excellant service we got 2 puntures today at morrisons little clacton i called them up and explained they came out and sorted us out great service thanks guys for all your help today we always come 2 u for tyres for our 3 taxis thanks again

I was initally please with the tyre service, however, when I recommended them to a friend they told her they had repaired her tyre and she didn't get 100 yards before it was flat again! However, she didn't tell me about this until my more recent experience.

I took the car in for a belt replacement, and everything seemed to be fine. Then no power steering so I took it back in as the belt they had fitted was to the power steering. I got more than 3 different stories as to the cause and it has so far taken 2 days to get a call back and even that isn't from the Manager as I was promised. My repair still hasn't been carried out and I am still awaiting a call about the cost.

I have been lied to, and essentailly called a liar, as has my partner.

Basically, if you are female they assume you know nothing, are stupid and treat you like rubbish and try to rip you off.
