G S Jones Morris Minor Parts

Hi,I placed an order with this firm on line,then

Spoke to an extremely unhelpful man who was rude and obnoxious,none the less proceded with the order,and waited 10 days and no sign of it,rang and eventually a woman answered and I enquired about my order and was told it had just left,I expressed my disappointment and was told not to call again and in future to ring someone else for my Morris minor parts,shocking and surprising,but I or anyone I know will not be shopping there again,

I have tried to order some parts from this company, all they do is mail order, despite living 12 miles away they were unwilling to let me collect my order ie even the box, I also find it strange that they have a post box number??? in this day and age you would think they would be thankful for the business!!! I have taken my order elsewhere it was not massive but I think £250 for a starter order was worth trying to accommodate my wish to collect at their convenience?

After years of languishing, I finally started in on my Morris Minor's restoration, and bought period looking door seals for it from a reputable spares dealer, and was quite excited to fit it. Problem is, once I did, the doors would not close. No matter what. The rubber was too tough and unforgiving. I found G S Jones on the web and saw their kit supposedly worked much better. On first go, the doors closed beautifully, and the seal was brilliant! I will definitely use them again! Much thanks lads!

Everyone at GS Jones Morris Minor Parts is so friendly and they helped me choose the right car for me and my family. With 2 kids i needed something safe. For a little extra money they gave me all the safety features I felt was absolutely necessary. I did not want to go to a very large company because i feel that they try to con you out of extra money but i feel like I made the right choice. You must go there if you like to browse for Morris cars as well as if you are buying one.
