Kia WLMG Eastcote, Ruislip

Had my Kia Ceed serviced was not happy about it. A tick sheet was filled in saying they had checked my sunroof and it was fine, I don't have a sunroof. The clutch fluid and operation was okay, it is automatic. All door hinges and catches lubricated, no sign of lubricant. My point is if I cannot trust them to do the simple things how can I trust them to do the major items? I e-mailed them regarding my concern, nothing came back. I was phoned by their customer care people, I explained my concerns, I'll check this and phone back, nothing. Two days later phoned by manager of customer care to ask my thoughts, again explained what happened, I'll check and phone back, nothing! I had to go into the branch and complain direct to service manager. Very very poor. The Kia has performed well pity about the garage.

The assistant I spoke to had no idea. Did not stock the product and when I asked if I could order one did not know and suggested going to Halfords. One lost customer.
