Kwik Fit, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire

Went to the Newcastle branch this morning. Everyone lovely and friendly. Served by two fitters who got my car sorted. Brilliant service, they are a credit to Kwik Fit.

I got a huge puncture that required a new tyre, i popped down to Kwik fit in Newcastle-under-Lyme and met the manager.

He was really helpful and sorted me out for a fantastic price and got me back on the road in no time at all.

I just wanted to pass on our thanks to the team at the N-u-L branch in making what could have been a very stressful situation (after having a blow out on the M6 near Keele services on Friday afternoon) very much less so.

I called the nearest K-F (never thought of using any other company after the superb dealings I’ve had with the Shoreham branch previously) and he immediately answered the phone, quickly confirmed he had the correct tyre for our Q5 in stock. Then, to save us time once he knew we didn’t have a spare and couldn’t get the vehicle to him, suggested that the AA recovery chap, once he arrived, take the wheel off and drive that to him, where his guys would replace it and then we could return to the car & the AA would just need refit it. I was thinking we’d need a low loader to put the undrivable Q5 onto & take it to the depot, which would have taken hours to organise.

He was ready for me when we arrived, got his guys to start on replacing the shredded tyre while he was finishing the paperwork for a previous customer & within 20 minutes we were done and on our way back to the services - awesome !

So, I just wanted to recognise them for a superb job, brilliantly done, thank you.

Absolutely amazing customer service the lads were very helpful in sorting a few issues out with my car manager did a amazing job of keeping the place running whilst a few of the lads were very quick to resolve my issues and check my car over cheers guys will definitely be recommending to family and friends

Took our car in today to book it in for a service and the manager was a total **** his attitude was rude and arrogant and he was very aggressive would never use them again look at this matter Kwik fit or youll have no customers left

After using other garages and feeling like i had been ripped off, i decided to give kwik fit ago, and ive never looked back.

One garage had told me that i needed a new exhaust and brake pads, confused as i had only had the brakes done 6 months prior, i went to kwik fit with out booking, but didnt tell them what the other garage had said, and everything came back ok with no problems. They didnt charge me for anything.

Customer service was fantastisic and the prices are reasonable too. All my family and friends now use them with only good things to say.

I have taken numerous cars and my works van to the Newcastle Under Lyme Branch on many occasions, the staff are excellent and really courteous. They always give me an honest opinion on what is wrong and find me the best prices to put the problem right. Will go out of their way to obtain exhaust parts for me that they don't usually supply (ie Bosal instead of Timax).

Would recommend them highly and wouldn't use anyone else.
