I have been to a number of motor dealers but Marshall Cambridge was the best. From the initial 'phone call the experience was friendly, and extremely efficient.The senior sales executive was also remarkably knowledgeable about a vehicle which was not his specialty.He accompanied me on the test drive and all questions were answered in depth. Overall a very satisfactory purchase, and when I change the car I will return to this dealership. Many thanks for all your help.

Avoid this garage.
They actively damage your vehicle and try to pressure you into getting a new car. My car worked fine and started to deteriorate badly after I took it for a service here.
They caused faults and damaged parts which I had to rectify at another garage costing me extra money and time.They also damaged the vehicle which started to affect my health unbeknown to me. I thought the first time was a mistake however similar thing happened on the next service visit. They are not trustworthy. I’m taking my case through the ombudsman though I’m not sure how unbiased the motor ombudsman would be as the garage seems to push for me to raise my complaint with the ombudsman rather than own up to their failings. I didn’t read reviews before going and trusted the brand as well as the dealership. How wrong I was.

If you are thinking of going to Marshall Peugeot Cambridge to buy a car I would strongly advise not to. The after sales is terrible, the quality of the cars are terrible and the overall support is terrible. We bought a car from them this year and from day dot we have had issues which to this day have not been resolved. They have blamed the problem on a normal characteristic of the car (which has been diagnosed by a professional mechanic as a problem with the clutch).
Once they have your money they do not want to know if there is any issues after that.
By being treated like this I wont and my family and friends will never buy another Peugeot again.
Shocking Customer Service!
Shocking customer service from Marshall Peugeot Cambridge. We purchased a used Astra from them and after about a week the gearbox failed, whilst I do appreciate that these things happen the whole process of getting it resolved became very stressful and hard work. Firstly, the car was recovered back to Cambridge and I was told they would investigate and contact me, no contact was made until I called back a few days later and they informed me it had been recovered to Vauxhall Peterborough to be investigated and repaired, still the contact from Peugeot was all but non-existent. I resorted to ringing Vauxhall myself in the end! They told me that the new gearbox fitted would come with a 12 Month Warranty which Peugeot have refused to pass onto us, all we kept being told was we have had to spend £2,500 on that gearbox as if they were trying to make us feel sorry for them! After the work at Vauxhall the car was driven back from Peterborough using our petrol and it looked like it had been driven through a field as it was covered in mud! Also, the side of the front bumper was sticking out as the clips holding it in place had been broken.
We may have brought a used car rather than new but that shouldn’t make us any less important customers and that’s how we have been made to feel unfortunately.
The final straw was today 11/07/17 the car went into have the bumper repaired. This was arranged by the dealership manager who failed to inform anyone that it was going to happen, the car went in at 9:30 and we were informed it would be around 3 hours to complete the work at 14:00 I rang and I was told that they didn’t know anything about it and would get back to me and they never bothered, 5 times I rang in total with no return call as promised after my final call to them at 17:00 and they could provide no information I went to them, I was then informed the car had been locked in the body shop for the night! We were provided a courtesy car but this became a problem when it needed to be an automatic. Then a member of the service team became stroppy and started throwing her arms up in the air and shouting something angrily that we didn’t hear as we were about to leave. Was it our fault the car was locked in? Was it our fault the manager is incompetent and can’t organise anything? NO! And do we even know if the car is fixed nope not at all. Avoid this place at all costs the pure lack of communication and people skills is shocking!

Terrible Customer Service
The customer service was appalling from start to finish. In my candid opinion, you can't trust the warranty they give you after a repair. It appears at least to me that they'll always find a way round it and make you pay for a new repair. Sent my car with signal on dashboard and was diagnosed, ''repaired' and cleared by them. After a couple of weeks, same signal appeared again. Took it back to them thinking it's covered by warranty. They came back to say the diagnosis this time came with different fault, so need to pay for a new repair. I wondered why they couldn't pick that up just a couple of weeks ago and how sure I should be that even if I paid for the repair the second time, the situation will not repeat itself and this time with another fault diagnosis. The mechanic wouldn't even afford me the courtesy of coming out to talk to me. Very very appalling. Am not sure customer experience is of a paramount importance to them.
It was an extremely regrettable decision to use their service. Unless what I and others here have stated is unimportant to you, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. IN MY VIEW, YOU'LL CERTAINLY REGRET IT IN THE END.
Bad Buying Experience
I saw a nice second hand 206sw for sale online.Booked an appointment for 3 pm to meet a salesman.Took an hour to get to the showroom from home.I was told the salesman who I was booked in with was busy.I was shown round the car by a salesman who was in a hurry for his next appointment.I wanted to see the service history.I was told that he could not be of anymore help to me unless i wanted to buy the car.I made an offer,and to part ex my car.The offer was not acceptable and then was told his next appointment was now waiting.I was asked if i could wait for someone to become free.I decided i would go home as the had my number and he said he would call me.Three days later..still waiting..

The staff were so rude and unhelpful. My car came back with black grease on cream leather seats. For your own good DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Ripped Off
It was a few years ago now but my experience was the same as other here. I brought my car in to find a brake light fault. After 2 hours they told me it was just a light bulb (which I knew it wasn't because I tried that) and charged me for 2 hours of labour. I took it straight away to another garage who found and fixed the fault in about 20 minutes.
They play around with your car for a few hours and then charge you an extortionate labour rate without having done anything or precious little. Don't use them!
