Poor Customer Service
Took my money within minutes and said invoice would follow once work complete. Work been completed for nearly two weeks and after numerous phone calls and hours on hold, was told today that I won’t get an invoice or receipt because I’m not VAT registered?? WHAT?
I gave them 2 stars because the fitter seemed nice enough and done a good job!

Shockingly Poor Service
This company is very quick to take money from you... not so quick to provide a service. If it isn't a cheap inferior windscreen generating maximum profit they aren't interested.
Total waste of a day... but better than having them touch a critical safety device in my car.

Was referred by my insurance company and the fitting has been unprofessional with an aftermarket and or second hand windscreen. Tried to complaint to them and their customer service is irresponsive. Had to complaint to my insurance company which is dealing with them.

Windscreen Replacement
Amazing service! Windscreen cracked on the morning on my commute to work, and contacted Nationwide (through my insurer) at lunch. Two guys were at my place of work by 2 and I had a new windscreen by 3! Brilliant customer service and no problems with the windscreen thus far. Would definitely recommend to a friend and use them again should I have any future issues.
Shambles Of A Company
my car was broken into via the n/s front door glass, I contacted a number provided with my insurance policy and gave my details to a lady who seemed very efficient, baring in mind it was 4:40 am on a Saturday morning, that said I did recieve a text from Nationwide windscreen services at 10:30 that morning with a reference number saying someone would be in contact shortly, surprise surprise no one contacted at all, so first thing Monday morning I contacted them and low and behold they had no record of my claim, so once again details were given and was told that someone would be in contact soon( sound familiar) yes you guessed it not a soul contacted me, being self employed and relying on my vehicle for my income I felt totally frustrated with this whole experience so much so I called time on this company and have since found a local family run business who are doing the job without any fuss, something I should have done from the start, in future I will be mindful of this experience and will not have an insurance policy with this company included with it, as I said a shambles of a company.

I had to use nationwide windscreens Because my insurance advised I had to, after reading some of there reviews I was not pleased, as there was a lot of negativity for this company, I was even considering paying full price to use one of my choice, going forward I used them I got a engineer, who I must say gave me 1000 % confidence in what he was doing, he also talked me through as he was doing what he was doing so I understood, this probably meant it took him a bit longer but this did not faze him, so on my experience I’ve learnt don’t judge on other people Experiace,
