No frills honest service with a good knowledge of VWs. Always sorts out the problem in the allotted time and has always found the cause when there is a problem as opposed to general maintenance. Prices are reasonable, uses genuine parts and will not try to persuade you to do something for the sake of it. Always gives notice of anything that might go wrong in the next few months, allowing you to budget!! I have every confidence that he will get things right and that the work has been carried out to the highest standard. I have been taking my cars to him for the past 18/20 years.

Cannot fault this organisation. I have used Ricci Concept for a number of years now. I recently changed my car and they where more than helpful with checking over the new car before I purchased it. They pointed out a couple of minor faults and even assisted me with the seller to getting the jobs put right. We have discussed further work that I would like done to the car and they have been extremely helpful with quotes and information. A great set of guys, highly recommended to all.

1st service a year ago spot on .This year got screwdriver or similar dropped onto car bonnet chipped paint even though car has no marks on it before going into ricci . Totally denied doing the damage offered to paint it in using touch up a total bloody mess had car all day as well. Then 2 months later turns out lost my locking nut key swapped with someone else's . Once again denying all knowledge of it . Pretty much a big diasapointment and won't be using again

I drive a Golf GTI and understand very little about engines and cars.I have always used the dealership for my service and maintenance but I always felt like just another customer. I can always call into Ricci Concept for any problem I have and find them so helpful. He always keeps me informed about any cost and updates me about any work which needs doing. What more can I say,just try them you won't be sorry.

Have been taking my cars to Ricci Concept for about 10 years. I have never had any cause for complaint, I find the mechanics very enthusiastic and conscientious and what you see with the owner is what you get. I do not consider them expensive either, when you compare them to the main franchise. Nick always puts himself out to help and is always honest.

Over the years my estate car has gone through tyres like they were going out of fashion! My car would shread the outside of the tread 7mm on the outside and 3mm on the inside, the main dealer said it was a design fault with the car when lots of weight was carried in the back,so did the tyre dealers. I spoke to nick at ricci concept who suggested I had a four wheel alignment. They did the work and realigned the camber and toe in. My car now wears the tread evenly, handles better and a bonus my fuel consumption has increased by about 40-50 mpg on average on a full tank! I would recommend them to anybody 10/10 Wish more people were this helpful

I have been using Ricci Concept in Hull for many years to service my Audi Quattro & laterly my Audi 100 diesel.I have always found their service to be excellent and their prices well below the main dealers (45% on a new clutch!). Ricci also does performance tuning tells me I would get another 30(ish) horses out of the Quattro (non turbo model), but I need to find the cash :(

I live in Hull, but will be driving to Manchester to use Awesome GTI which is well respected and cheaper than Ricci Concept. Ricci's prices are very similar to Audi's own... I would rather pay a dealer! Now that says a lot! They were expensive, I found them sloppy workers, they managed to break off my bluetooth on the dash, and the clutch pedal metal cover and refused to replace the clutch pedal stating "its not a new car" yeah cheers!

I found the guy in reception, to be arrogant, making negative comments about my remap, V6 spoiler, wak-box etc... Also the work was very poor! They worked on my brakes, which i think they didn't bleed properly resulting in very weak and possibly dangerous brakes! I had to take it back and have them rebleed it again!! Useless! The car came out the garage very dirty and greasy.

No courtesy car as I'm 24... apparently getting me insured on a 1.0L polo is hard... I drive a remapped TT...!!!!!!!!???????
