Don't buy a car from these guys! I bought an Audi A4, within a week the transmission was slipping and the cv joints need to be replaced. I bought it online, so i didn't have the chance to test drive the car. Boy, was that a mistake.

I have a warranty, however, the warranty company won't honor it. They said this was a pre-existing issue and that Sandicliffe would have known about it. So, off to court, we go! Sandicliffe is useless!

I have a Ford Galaxy that is only 2 years old, one of the wheel locking nuts was swollen & rusty and the tyre garage had a tough job removing it.

The tyre garage recommended that I replace the nut asap as getting the nut undone at the roadside would be impossible.

Ford Sandicliffe Loughborough have refused to replace it under warranty as they say its only cosmetic!!!

I had a rear valance damaged and took the car to Sandicliffe Leicester Body Shop. They were the most expensive but I have a 1985 Ford Escort Cabriolet which I have cherised form new. It is mint. Any way I took the car for a simple spray to the rear valance as a certain Quick fit place damgaged the rear valance whilst fitting an exhaust. To thier credit they admitted liabillity and it was the most expensive quote. I was told a coutesy car would be avialable which then they said was no longer available. SO they decided to drop me off and collect me, for the day it would take at the body shop. The car came back with defective body work, and was agreeded that they would re do the job. This time them had a whole lot of over spary on the underside,so ti went back. they then damged the panel further so it went back again. The car was driven to my house and the paint was defective crazing and showing contaminants had not been perpared properly. They then said they had never touched the panel and were unwilling to go any further so court action pending. Never go here, they cant get a simple spray right!
