Thes Best Customer Service I've Ever Experienced From Anyone

I am in luxury retail myself and I have never come across such amazing and helpful customer service ever. From the business manager to the finance manager to the sales executives each and every one of them went the extra mile to help me find an appropriate car despite me being a very fussy customer. It's their customer service skills that I now use as an example while giving lectures to my retail team about The Customer Experience.

Terrible Customer Care

Bodyshop repair for a bumper (not complictated) took days longer than I was told. I had no updates/calls from Audi. No apology when I had to chase them to see what on earth they had done with my car. The replacement car had a slow puncture which I had to fix myself - not reimbursed by West London Audi. Frankly they are rubbish!

Avoid The Body Shop!

My A1 door was replaced by this dealership at a cost of over £2k. The repair was initially completed to a poor standard and some works not completed at all. Following apparent rectification a window quarter panel fell off whilst on the move and now my car door will not open. It is now over 3 month since the initial repair was done, yet there are still on going issues. I would not take your pride and joy here.

After Care Service

After care second to none

I have dealt with many of the major car manufacturers but none can compare with the Service you receive from West London Audi .

I bought an Audi 5 months ago , admittedly i spent $40k.Since then i have had , for free, a 1,000 miles check up and wash and today a winter health check and wash .

It's also enjoyable to sit and wait while this is being done as theY provide excellent refreshments and personalised attention

Tried To Buy An Audi!

I have always been a fan of the Audi brand; this was before I tried to buy a car from West London Audi.

Had money to spend and quickly identified a couple of cars, but the sales people at this place made it impossible to complete any deal. They simply will not call you back, ever, this makes negotiation painfully slow and in the end I just gave up.

Just for the record I do understand that some cars are priced to sell and there is no room for negotiations, but in most cases that was not clarified. Instead every time I made an offer, the response was "we will get back to you", but they never did.

Buying a new car is a rare thing, it should feel special and exciting, West London Audi managed not only to ruin that, but also put me off Audi as brand altogether. I ended up buying a BMW. But before that, after giving up on Audi I looked at several other brands. All of the dealers were helpful, respectful and responsive. This is the behaviour I would expect from the flagship Audi dealership, but they seem to have no interest in selling cars. Perhaps the ongoing Volkswagen emission scandal has hit them so hard they have simply given up?

Great Aftercare

I recently developed a problem with my Audi A6 whilst on route to a business appointment and called in and managed to get it into them despite them being very busy. I used their new drive through bay and I kid you not you are treated like a rockstar , I was greeted at my car & then taken into the newly refurbished service area and my car was taken down to their workshop and looked at within 15 minutes .

They could not solve the fault with my car straight away but they arranged a driver to drop me off at my meeting and I even managed a great breakfast before leaving the centre . Within my family we own 5 Audis and all of them are looked after by West London Audi and they all feel totally relaxed and looked after. To summarise a total no brainer, love them to bits.

Outstanding Personal & Professional Service!

Once again, the service delivered by West London Audi is exceptional. The Service Manager and her team are very impressive. We have been customers of this centre for many years and particularly appreciate & value their very personal care and attention. They really do go the extra mile! The refurbishment is also impressive. Thank you West London Audi! We remain loyal customers to the brand and cannot recommend this centre enough!

I have my car serviced regularly at West London Audi, which is my local dealership.

Has anyone else had experiences on collecting their car from service e.g. missing items from car, parts of trim broken with no explanation?

I have had a couple of bad experiences and I am beginning to think they may form part of a pattern.
