Brilliant And Rapid Servicing
Bought my first bike (little CBR 125) on Saturday 31st, rode out on it all day Saturday but wouldn't start Sunday morning, after a quick battery charge, was out on it for a few hours Sunday and just as I went to go out on it again for a short ride, I noticed the clutch cable had snapped. So, after I got in touch via e-mail late sunday night, speedline called me back Monday morning (before 9am) and managed to come out to me to inspect the bike within an hour!! The parts that needed replacing were taken away same day and the mechanic came back the next morning and replaced the old clutch cable with a superior quality heavy duty cable along with a new switch for the front brake lever, springs and bracket to properly secure the exhaust can, new complete rear indicator (old one was held on with tape), a battery test (turned out fine) and lubrication of front forks & main rear coil spring and also a new front brake pad. Was complete and done from the initial phone call in less 24 hours. My bike runs great now and starts perfectly first time. Absolutely fantastic service, I can't thank speedline enough for bending over backwards for me and the price was more than reasonable, very good price for the work carried out. Will be recommending them to any biker that lives near the Warrington & Manchester areas, fantastic service, up front and honest and goes beyond just a basic service or a basic inspection of a bike, will be using them again soon when a service is due without hesitation. 5 star service without the 5 star price. Thankyou Speedline.

Massively Disappointed!!!!!!!!
Had my bike go in for loads of work and when i got it back I've had no end of trouble.
1) Brake conversion i had was faulty and they just stopped working
2) Found frame powder coat was not done - just buffed up
3) Tank respray was not done - he just moved the decals around to hide the rust spots and buffed
4) Found black marks all over the top yolk which he said he had repainted
5) Back wheel now keeps locking up
6) Engine idle is so low after the service that it cuts out
7) Black spray all over my chrome foot pegs
i paid a shed load of money for a lot of work and when i have tried to contact the person who did the work (text / call) he will not get back to me.
What ever you do don't use this guy - crappy workmanship and he will just rip you off big time! Find some one else and steer well clear!
He's a complete waste of time don't know how he keeps in biusness

Disappointed
My motorbike would not start so contacted Speedline. After mechanic called to look at bike and doing some work on bike, it still would not start. Was given advice what to do to get it running. Followed advice but still would not start. Contacted Speedline a couple of times to request details of work carried out. Was informed that copy would be sent out. Nothing received.

Great Guy Shame He Know Longer Trades
When I could get hold of a member of staff and he did answer the phone and did turn up for the job I could not fault him, not sure if he has some problems but he never answers the phone now and hasn't done for the last 6 months at least so I guess he must no longer be trading, shame, Your a decent guy wish you all the best.
Speedline are definitely still trading and in business - don't know about him not answering his phone but I know he has been very busy and does get a lot of spam calls since his mobile number went on his website so maybe that's something to do with it.
You must be joking he's useless
Unreliable
Dreadful customer service. Failed to keep appointment, respond to text or answer phone message.
I have just had same problem 2 years on he's a disgrace mate

Would Use Again
Speedline Motorcycles came out on 2 separate occasions to fix my bike within a very short period. The first time he replaced an engine valve and piston rings. He also welded some of my frame that had rusted and he fitted new shock absorbers for me. He was happy to help and though busy and not always able to take my calls he was kept me up to date with all work he had to do. He charged me a very reasonable price and I have since recommended him to my other biker friends.
He was friendly and professional and even took me out for a ride after I got some water in my petrol tank. He drained it out for me and as it had been the day after he had fixed it he charged me no extra for the call out.
I plan to use him again in the summer when my MOT is due.
Tell us about it 2 years on he's still a let down
Unfortunately since writing this review he has let me down. The work he did to my bike didn't last very long. On the A55 I was doing 60 miles per hour and my engine cut out. The work he had done had completely disintegrated and my bike has been out service for weeks now. I contacted him to ask him if he would be able to fix the problem but he wouldn't answer my calls or texts. The only time he did finally answer me was when I phoned him on a witheld number. Not very professional. Unhappy and would no longer recommend him to anybody. Beware.

First Class Service
Entrusted my classic CX 500 to them to solve a niggling misfire and electrical problem. He first identified what the fault was, not an easy task, then he solved it. She runs like a dream.
Parts are not easy to find but he found them, the work was done to a very high standard and the price was great value. Thanks, i'll be back for the MOT in Feb.

From first phone call to fix was less than a day. Spoke to an advisor late monday afternoon, he was here and fixed my scooter by 1pm on tuesday. Even followed me on a road test before leaving.
Already booked bike in for further work with him.
Very impressed and pleased i found his number on a forum.

Great Service, Cheap Price
I have regularly used Speedline to look after many of my various bikes, including most recently cg125's, varadero 125, kawasaki z1000. Darren has always got the jobs done quickly and efficiently, with minimum cost involved.
It is nice to see a mechanic who is so passionate about his work !!!
