Great All Rounder

I had a 600 bandit , and it was a great bike i loved everything about it as a all round bike , except i found it very uncomfortable on a long ride , now i have a 600 hornet which is very comfortable , and better than the bandit in every way , the only thing that i don't like about it is the head light , i think it looks like a sagging brest , but if you want a good all rounder then you would have a hard job finding a better one than the Honda hornet .

The Honda Cb600 Hornet Is A Very Good All Year Rou

The Honda CB600 Hornet is a very good all year round bike, will do any thing you want it to do.

Very little engine problems, always starts on the button.

Poor on fuel if dyno'd or sports can fitted only arond 90miles then you need reserve and then a petrol station.

Bought after a vtr firestorm, and very suprised how pleasing it is for everyday use,, 9/10

The Honda Hornet 600 Is A Watercooled Four Cylinde

The Honda Hornet 600 is a watercooled four cylinder machine. It is a most popular motorcyle of the past few years. A machine that Honda has made in two versions for years all to great success. The Hornet is available with body work a fairing or without I would recommend it with for high speed riding.

They were both dark blue and both had a nice blue instrument panel light. It had a brilliant feel about it a good point compared to some bikes the CX500 is very poor in comparison it feels better than an XJ600. Getting on a GT550 after riding was a 'shock' the GT felt like it had no suspension or power in the engine wheather this was because it was faulty or because the Hornet is so much better I did not find out as I got back on the Hornet and never want to ride a GT550 again.

It is then very easy to drive as it is light has excellent suspension and feel to it. Fitted with a 6 speed synchronic gear change and with plenty of power at a claimed 85hp this all means it is a very pleasent easy machine to use.

It's 4 stroke engine really moves when pushed. It does not use much petrol at 45mpg and flat out 120 mph was possible 0-60 is around 5 seconds I guess.

It has, however, a very small petrol tank and no center stand is fitted so it fell over a lot when parked on anything but the flattest smoothest road. Parts were expensive to replace £120 was the cost of it falling over when parked.

This is quality product and the main feature over other 600cc bikes I have ridden are the excellent performance and handling in comparision to the others.

Had my Hornet for 3 years & used it nearly every single day for work or fun. Best bike I ever owned. A pussycat around town & a bad mutha scratcher on the twisties. Wish I'd never sold it (sniff).

I Bought My Honda Cb600 Hornet In The Summer 2003.

I Bought my Honda CB600 Hornet in the summer 2003. Had more fun on it than I ever had on a motorbike (I have been riding since 1984 from schoolboy MX to a Blade and most things in between!!).

Buy one, you won't be disappointed.
