Hello, I have met Madbid for a few months now. Madbid actually did not meet my expectations directly. The reason is not that I can not win any prize. I followed the bids to the end. Even if I did not offer anyone else at one time, my polish did not result. I do not know why it happened. I wish I could win a new gift. If you can not win, there's no point in being here. You will have to pay for a lot of auction credits to stand even a remote chance of winning an auction. I’ve tried to win auctions on 3 separate occasions, only very experienced and committed bidders will understand the rules, even after reading them thoroughly I was surprised by events such as....

I’d be in the last 3 bidders and the bid suddenly closed, apparently won by another,

The bid ‘close time’ would reset,

Reaching the maximum price doesn’t stop the auction.

Unused credits expire

To raise the market value of the prizes, the quality items are filled out with crappy accessories you wouldn’t normally want

The site only lists 1 quality prize a week at most, I watched it for months and never saw a car or even an iPad Pro

I spent around £200 and came away frustrated that I’d let myself be fooled. I’d recommend this site is best avoided.

Sign up with madbid and bought a some bids after failing to win any auctions I decided to use their buy it now feature. Which I don't have any complaints about apart from you have check their description if the item very carefully because the stuff they sent was mainly cheap Chinese imports.

I stick to a competitor from now on their ITEMS are all UK

No possible direct contact, no mailadres, no phone. You can't get any money back. You only can buy tokens again and again....that's the only real business

How cab we stop this madness?

To be able to look at the details of madbid auction site you have to join and to be able to join you have to purchase auction credits. These credits enable you to bid on auction items. £35 buys you 350 credits. You can buy more or less. There are about 15 items at any time being auctioned but not necessarily something that you would want to purchase. Each item is marked with the quantity of credits you use for each bid. If each bid uses 10 credits then you get 35 bids on the item for purchasing 350 credits. It says if you don't win your first auction then they will credit your account. What they mean is they will credit you with auction credits not the money you paid. Clearly everyone purchasing bids is what pays for the items to go so cheaply but if you've had to purchase 1000 auction bids at £100 and pay for the item too at for example £50 then the item isn't as cheap as all the hype suggests. The advance information before having to spend money is limited and therefore misleading.

Do not use this site

Avoid at all costs, was led to this by a so called editorial on microsoft edge under the guise of a news financial report. Turns out to be actually an advert. Site is a totally misleading and isnt what it appears to be, prices whilst real are in fact not, due to a very complicated, misleading and parasitic bidding system. Beware and do not use !!!!!!!!!

Do NOT use this site !!!! you get charged for placing bids every bid u put in takes money from you it is a total confusing to use , even if u dont buy anything as soon as u place 1 bid you cannot get any money refunded you have basically lost it !!!

I just can't cry for my husband who just got tricked by Madbid!Is there any body someone can report them to? Infact the whole website needs short down. He lost £157 to this crazy site.

Like many others I fell for the hype. I cannot see how you can actually obtain a bargain. The site should be shut down!
