After winning 2,500 I have been put on restriction 4 times just because I changed what I play my deposit limit is £65 a week so playing 2 days a week more if I withdraw some as a disabled person I enjoy my bingo, or used to, put tombola again as restricted my account so this time I closed the account. My account got dissabled 2 days ago even tho i only go on it 1st if each month i have been trying to contact them past 2 days but no reply from supposed safe play team been told take 72 hours to get back to me disgusting customer service dont have any answers to my questions if they keep up this carry on they will lose a lot of customers as i know of a few that has dissabled there own account

Been a member for a total of five weeks. I have made a point to jot down the big winners of every game that I have participated in just for my own peace of mind. Appalled and truly shocked to see the very same winners names pop up time and time again for every single game! This must be a joke right? I had never heard of this site as don't play bingo but recieved a letter yesterday dated 12/03/24 for my husband containing a cheque supposidly from his recent withdrawal request !.He passed away 5 years ago and never played bingo so totally confused .
