Liquidation

I originally placed my order and paid in full for car seat and push chair. My order was due in November. I have been calling the shop and continually getting the answer machine, today I have googled Kiddisave to find an article from Walsall express and star saying the company has gone into liquidation! I am now 33 weeks due in Jan, £400 down and no car seat or pushchair!

Shockingly Bad And Incredibly Unprofessional!!!

My wife purchased a moses basket from the baby show in London, firstly, it was due to be delivered within 2 days and arrive within 5. That did'nt happen, after 6 day's we were calling them to see where it was, after several attempts of getting through to them they said there had been a delay and that it would be on the way soon, polite thing would have been to let us know. 2 weeks late, the moses basket does arrive, it was in a clear plastic bag that was ripped to pieces, the bottom of the basket was in pieces and growing mould, the white paint had completely torn off where it had been dragged and thrown around and probably left in water at some point. Completely unacceptable ofcourse, so then the battle with 'customer service' began again, after DAYS of attempting to get through we finally get an answer from what sounded like a 10 year old on her first day, she didnt have a clue, she said she would get someone to call us back, whoch ofcourse didnt happen. We then got through again days later, and was told to email a woman via a gmail address, very random and unprofessional, we were told to send her pictures and pis of the receipt. We did this, and we did get a reply, al be it a very unprofessional one, she said she would send another one out. Three weeks goes by, and nothing, no reply to further emails or calls, and we are left with a damaged moses basket, no replacement or refund..PLEASE PLEASE learn from this and dont loose your money, go elsewhere!!! I wish I would have seen other reviews before buying from them!!

Absolutely terrible service, don't need to add anything to whats already been written but completely confirm everything about the disgusting customer service....

If you value your sanity you will avoid this company. I chose not to take heed of the awful reviews and ordered a Silvercross travel system paid cash in full.

This was meant to arrive next day And didn't told I would have to wait six to eight weeks still no system numerous phone calls when the phone does get answered later and told they have got no stock, call Silvercross head office who say the do have the stock threaten to put all this garbage phone calls emails etc in the hands of my solicitor and they say I can have bits and pieces of the pram but no chassis wheels.

Told the free umbrella/parasol will no longer be part of this package I am a woman who is sixty plus with her first grandchild about to be born and I do not really appreciate this type of service

If you are sensible avoid this company Kiddisave and use the far more effienct company Kiddicare I was beginning to lose my sanity with this firm it is diabolical to say the very least

Appaulling Service... Dont Use This Company!!!

We ordered a silver cross pioneer travel system and accessories from the baby show back in may at the nec baby show. We paid them in full on the day (almost £700) and were told we would recieve our order by beginning of june. After waiting until mid june we decided to ring them and were told that die to high demand at the baby show it was looking like we would recieve our order by the end of june now. I was quite happy with this as i could understand that it would have been very busy after the baby show. After waiting again until mid july for some contact id had enough and tried to contact kiddisave by phone and email. They never answered the phone or replied to email. So i went onto their facebook page and could see all of the complaints but at least this way i would get a response. I was called later that day to be told 10 days to get my order and my order was classed as urgent. I accepted (stupidly) and waited 3 weeks... nothing. So again i turned to face book. Again im promised a delivery soon. I hear nothing again. At this point in getting closer to my due date and getting more stressed so i contacted the baby show and silver cross. Silver cross tell me that all is in stock and they have already fulfilled all of kiddisaves orders from the show. I was fuming so i contacted trading standards. I also messaged again on facebook telling them they had 7 days to get my order to me before i took the matter futher. Guess what part of my order was on my doorstep next day... i had my pram and car seat but no hood and apron (which is needed to use the pram) and bag. They got back to me telling me that i would recieve the rest by the end of the week. Again i wait another 2 weeks and nothing and they have shut their facebook down (obviously embarrassed by the amount of complaints) so myself and my partner decided to go to the store... a good motorway journey from where i live. When we get there we are asked if we are ok. I reply no and go into detail about our situation with them (i was quite happy to see that several customers heard the conversation and walked out of the shop). I again was told by monday i would hear of them. But what made my blood boil was when a member of staff said 'at least you have your carseat thats the most important bit' after waiting ovee 3 months i expect all my order not just part of it!!!! I recieved a phonecall on the monday as promised saying i would recieve the order by wednesday. Wednesday came and went so come thursday i was fuming. I pro ate messaged them through fb (as this was now the only way to contact them) to be asked 'has no one contacted you about this yet?' The staff had no idea again! So i asked them to contact me that day without fail. I got a voicemail and message saying id recive my order on tuesday. Finally after waiting over 3 months and being extremely pregnant i got my order on the tuesday.

I think how myself amd many other women have been treated terribly. I dont expect to wait so long for something so important. Kiddisave are stressing heavily pregnant women in an already stressful time. Shame on you kiddisave.

I am making it my mission to make people aware of the way you treat people. I have contacted trading standards and i have contacted the bbc about you. I know for a fact that if i hadnt continuosly pestered you then i would still be anxiously awaiting my order.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE OFFERS MAY LOOK!!!!

Shockingly Incompetent Organisation

At 30 weeks pregnant, my husband and I visited the baby show at the NEC Birmingham thinking we would get some good bargains in preparation for our little ones arrival. We thought (naively) this enabled us to order things and we would have plenty of time for our products to be delivered. Unfortunately though we decided to chose kiddisave to handle our two biggest purchases for baby, a mamas and papas cot bed and a new model travel system from silver cross, totalling £1000. We were told at the time of purchase that the cot bed would be delivered in 2 weeks and the travel system in 6 weeks. We thought that was reasonable and accepted. What followed was almost 11 weeks of complete incompetence and lack of service in getting our goods to us. The cot in actual fact took 5 weeks to come, after chasing the order virtually every other day after the initial two week estimated delivery and once that arrived I spent the next 5 and a half weeks chasing the travel system. What was so frustrating was being told week in and week out that my order will come on the next big delivery which was coming at the end of the week/following week. Every time I rang I got the same response, basically they had no idea when I was going to get my order but they would just keep fobbing me off with a load of nonsense just to get me off the phone. The last straw came when I rang on my due date ( bearing in mind I had ordered and paid for this product 10 weeks ago!!!!) and they said the order may still be at least another 2 weeks! As you can imagine, a hormonal over due lady by now was feeling frantic to say the least. I basically gave them the ultimatum that I needed a full refund ASAP as I knew I could buy the product which was in stock elsewhere or I HAVE to have the product delivered by the end of the week. The next three days were spent yet again trying to fob me off, just stalling for time as they obviously had no intention of refunding me until I told them that as we had discovered (with the help of one of the sales team at kiddisave) silver cross had the product in stock on their website, they now had one hour to contact silvercross directly and get the order out immediately, to be delivered to our home the next day. Guess what, by 8am the next morning, said travel system arrived on our doorstep. It really shouldn't have taken ultimatums like that to keep your customer happy and I felt like I only have the product now because I have orchestrated the whole order being speeded up by intense negotiation and stressing how unfair we have been treated. In all, it has been a very stressful part of my pregnancy when I should be trying to relax as much as poss in the last trimester, not dealing with this kind of constant hassle. Will never recommend this organisation to anyone.

Faulty Item

We purchased a highchair and it seems to be faulty after chasing then 100 times and sending them a video of what was wrong they didn't accept for exchange or refund however if it was other proper companies they would accept it as a faulty item. So we had too through the chair in recycle bin and buy a new one as it wasn't safe to sell it or give it to charity. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

Worse company, too many phone call, no call backs - terrible service!

Waited over two months for my order. Received a voicemail stating my order was ready to dispatch and I would need to pay the outstanding amount. Called back and was told no stock and that I would need to wait a further month and a half!

After reading the bad reviews I was a little concerned and I did not receive any kind of email to confirm my order or to say it had been dispatched. But my Item was delivered 2 days after purchase and was fully perfect as it was a cossato I got 4 years guarantee so I registered that fine to very pleased so not sure why the bad reviews maybe they have improved but excellent service

6 weeks later I'm still waiting for my order even though it said up to 2 weeks for delivery. Apparently they have the product in Stock according to website but through email their excuse was out of stock, or waiting for supplier, or should be with you next week, or by end of week, or in next few days but nothing appeared. I've given up now and just demanded a full refund. When I asked for refund and said they had until the end of the day, they called me and said they had managed to find one! Rubbish. Also you can't contact them by phone, it just rings and rings, only by email. I received my refund the next day so that is something.
