Awful Customer Service
Will never be ordering from them again. Awful customer service. Next day delivery is supposed to mean the item is delivered the next day!! Ordered my son a new bed yesterday. Waited in all day today with no communication from the company to where my order is. Had to contact them twice to be advised there was a problem at the sorting office this morning and my parcel won't be delivered today and they don't know when it will be delivered either. According to PRH it's not there fault it's the carriers. MY CONTRACT IS NOT WITH THE CARRIER ITS WITH PRH. After asking what I was supposed to do for my son tonight for sleeping I was advised for my 17th month old to sleep on the sofa!!! I am utterly disgusted with the customer service I have received and will be making sure I leave a review of my experience everywhere physically possible!
I agree with you. I ordered wallpaper. It came on time and looked lovely. Paid for a decorator to hang it. He wasn't impressed with the wallpaper as you could see every joining line on every strip. Contacted PRH to complain and was told it was my decorators fault, he hung it wrong. My decorator tried everything possible and no matter what you could still see the joining lines. I even got a second experienced decorator and he got the same result. He even said it is the worst wallpaper he has worked with. PRH will not give me a refund. They said they will send me free returns label for the 1 role I had left, but received a returns label where I have to pay to send the 1 role back. Disgusted is not the word. There is no customer service like it. Happy to take your money though. Will never buy anything from them again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Awful Company!!!!! They send you the wrong item that is of lesser value !!!! This arrived for my 1 year olds Birthday and was put together only to realise they had sent the wrong car !!!!! They were unwilling to collect the item and send the correct one even though it was there error! I would strongly advise not to use them as I am now left with an item I did not want or order.
