This company is a joke. Paid $1,020 for 3 disks sent by pony express from California - didn't arrive in time. Impossible to communicate with - no reply, no answer on the phone, until too late - had to have them sent back since I had left the country.

30% restocking fee is what they charge. They only replied to me emails when I posted a similar scathing review on another web site.

Avoid them at all costs.

All the positive rating have probably been generated by some company in Belize they paid $10.00 to.

Then they will tell you the product is out of stock, even while advertising the same product at a higher price on their website.

I made the mistake of ordering parts, which I then had to return because of an incompatibility. I was willing to pay the high restocking fee, because it was my fault for ordering the wrong parts. I received an RMA #, returned the parts, got delivery confirmation, and then for the next 4 months have been unable to get refund credited to by card.

I've been given the run around when I am able to contact them (most of the time the do not answer), and they tell me the return dept. is not open, or the credit has been processed and should show up any day.

The BBB give them an "F" rating. The reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere are obvious fakes for the most part to boost their score.

I have always had the best of luck with anything that I have bought from allhdd.com.I also have found there on line tech. chat very helpful. Great overall experience. One of the best companies to deal with. Repeat customer always pleased with quality of memory and speed of delivery. Good products, good prices, good service. has always had great selection and very fast shipping, thank you.
