Ordered a product consisting of 3 items and paid for a delivery within 2/3 days as need quickly. When looking at one of the items it said they had a large number in stock yet when adding to the basket it reduced to 1 which I was quite wary about but trusted what they said and continued with the order. So surprise surprise two of the items out of 3 did not turn up on the delivery date promised which was extremely frustrating as it was bought for a business so essential they all arrived on this date. Customer service were an absolute joke when I called only giving me a limited amount of information, it all seemed very parrot fashion and they seemed unable to grasp the urgency of the situation. Only when I asked the question did they refund the delivery charge which I paid for to ensure it arrived quickly, this was not automatically offered. The items did eventually arrive late the next day but they could not understand the need for getting accurate information on this delivery time after one not originally delivering when they said they would and two and hour after the tracking information said it should be delivered. I have never quite dealt with a company like them and I have purchased a number of items over the years from online companies.

Worst Customer Experience Of My Life
Bought a high end video card at a low price right at the start of the 2017 Black Friday sale, now they are making troubles to accept my credit card details in the hope that I cancel my order. They already bumped up the price of the very same video card by 80£ on their website.
I already sent my details twice, in two different emails, and they still can't fix the issue. I am willing to give a different payment method as well but now they are not answering and the support is closed until Monday.
How convenient for them.
So now I have my money blocked on the order, I can't buy another video card elsewhere, and I still have my order canceled as of now.
This is beyond UNACCEPTABLE.
Ballicom Gave Awful Customer Experience That Turned Nasty
I ordered a 4TB hard drive from this company, they took the funds from my credit card immediately - after 2 weeks nothing arrived and no emails or updates had come from Ballicom, so I emailed them and they replied to say the manufacturer had sent them the wrong drives and it would be a 3 week delay .. I let 3 weeks go by, messaged them again and they stuck to their story.
After waiting a total of 5 week I finally wrote them a 1 star review on another review website - They saw that review and immediately got in touch via email to say they were at fault (I have their email as proof) and I quote
"I have read through all of the notes and emails between ourselves and you and I
can see that we are majorly in the wrong."
so I proposed they simply send me another brand of drive that was also 4TB in size and of which they had over 300 units in stock.
After this the story changed from the original drive being out of stock to it being the wrong price and if I wanted to get a drive with the same spec I'd have to pay them an additional amount.
This was the very first time anyone had said anything to myself about mispricing.
It was at this point I felt I had been mislead for the entire 5 weeks. And that they took my money but if I hadn't said anything would simply not have sent me anything at all.
After this point the person I was in contact with became quite nasty in their tone.
My only saving grace was that I had purchased the item through Google and they offered to help sort things out, Google intervened and I got a refund but no offer of compensation from Ballicom themselves. After taking the matter further google offered me a £25 Gift Card as compensation which I accepted.
HOWEVER I was then contacted by the original review website that said Ballicom say I don't exist and my 1 star review of them will be removed if I don't reply with proof of purchase which I have now sent.
So I think this company is very dodgy, their only concern was to get my 1 star review of them removed and when I didn't comply they tried to contact the review website and say I never existed and get the review removed that way. Because of this I'm writing a review here as well to further increase knowledge of my bad experience with this company.
My advice is to stay away from this company and go elsewhere.
If the story of the original drive being mispriced was true, all they had to do was contact me within 24 hours and say "Sorry there was a mistake on our website, we put the wrong price, here's an immediate refund" but they didn't do that, they kept the money on my credit card and didn't say a word until they were contacted.
Should anyone be in any doubt as to my experience I can provide PDF and PNG copies of my transactions, emails, etc

ADMIN: Ballicom will probably contact you to say this review is from a fake account and should be removed. I am indeed a genuine customer. I can also send you a proof of purchase if required.
I ordered a Samsung Portable 4TB hard drive and straightaway I received an email to say my money had been taken and that another email would follow with a tracking number. A week later I still had no tracking number so I contacted Ballicom and spoke to a man. He informed me that Samsung had accidentally sent 1TB drives instead of the 4TB drives. Apparently then Ballicom returned the 1TB drives to Samsung and asked for the correct 4TB drives to be sent. the person I dealt with said it would take 3 weeks to get the correct drives and I said I'd wait for it.
I then contacted Ballicom another 4 weeks later and was told they could take a further 4 weeks. My cousin also ordered the same drive and when he contacted Ballicom and was told the same story he took to TrustPilot to write a true review of Ballicom. Following this Ballicom contacted him and informed him that there was a wrong price put on Ballicom's website. So we have been informed that it was Samsung who sent the wrong items and then the price on Ballicom's website was wrong and now we've been told that tSamsung have discontinued the drive. Is it really Samsung who have sent the wrong device or was there an issue with pricing? Either way we have been lied to.
I used Amazon Payments and Google Certified Shops so I will be contacting them to let them know how Ballicom deceive their customers.
I didn't want a refund, I wanted the drive and have waited ages for it. It has hampered my work over the last few weeks as I was have changed jobs and needed the drive to transfer all my data from my old work laptop before returning it. I'm sure with other customer's experiencing this service Ballicom won't be a Google Certified shop for very long. If Ballicom weren't a Google Certified shop I would not have made the purchase.

Late Delivery, No Returns, Rude Customer Service, Aviod!!
Paid for next day delivery. Some items not received for over 7 days. When they were received I noted that one of the items they sent was not appropriate (recommended by their sales team). They would not allow any returns even though when I initially called them they said not was OK. Very bad company, happy to deceive the customer and accept no liability for their mistakes. Go elsewhere!!!

Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered a significant number of PC accessories for my business but on receipt discovered I had ordered an incorrect model and they were no good to me. The description on the website was not very clear so this was an easy mistake to make. Ballicom were very slow to react when I contacted them eventually telling me that did not supply the correct model and initially refused to accept the items as a return.
After some negotiations they decided to honour some of the basic terms and conditions on their website and accepted returns but at a sizeable discount. Once goods were shipped back to them they refused them saying packaging was damaged even though they are returned in the same packing that they were sent to me.
I have ended up substantially out of pocket and am very surprised at the way Ballicom appear to have complete disregard for their customers. I will not have anything further to do with them and suggest that they should be avoided at all costs.

Trying To Return Faulty Goods To Ballicon
Just to let anyone know, if your thinking about buying anything from this lot be aware. I bought a Loewe portable speaker
and it developed a fault. I contacted Ballicon and they were not interested at all, they said that because I had the speaker for more than 28 days I had to contact Loewe my self and arrange for a replacement. After phoning umpteen times to speak to someone at Ballicon who could help organise a replacement they just kept saying that because it was over 28 days they
didn't need to
offer a replacement.
Realising I was getting nowhere I contacted Loewe and they said Ballicon should replace the item, another call to Ballicon to explain what Loewe said Ballicon said they would sort it out and phone me back, they never did.
So I sent an email to Loewe explaining what happened and they offered to send a replacement speaker to a local Hifi shop where I live and could exchange the faulty one for a new one.
What I learned from this was to check customer reviews before buying online.

Made an inquiry for a purchase on quite a lot of kit, received my quote and I made the purchase. Goods were with me the next day. Had an issue with one of the drives i ordered - called up - advised me to log it online - did so - was contacted and asked to send faulty drive back - received my replacement shortly after

Package Stuck At Couriers
Somehow my delivery address got mixed up when placing my order on-line between Ballicoms website and their couriers website. The house name and road name jumbled into each other which made it impossible for the courier to find the address. I initially requested Ballicom try to resolve the problem from their end and their one-line email response suggested I get in touch directly with the courier, which I did. Three days later the package is still stuck at the couriers and a further request from assistance from Ballicom via email has been met with silence.

Dreadful Company
I ordered my items from Ballicom after researching the company and seeing the number of positive reviews on this site. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory.
I ordered 2 x specialist mouse which had to returned as they were the wrong size. I re-ordered the correct items and returned the items by next day signed for delivery as requested. That was on the 2/3/15 and I have still not received a refund for the original items despite several emails (which have gone completely unanswered) and several phone calls which have varied from having no record of me, no records of my items, no records of the returned items to you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.
This is the worst experience I have had with an online purchase.
