Guruaid has been successfully maintaining my computer since 2015.

I rang Guruaid last week as I accidentally logged in using the wrong name and lost all my documents.

The technician who answered my call remedied the situation in six minutes.

technician was very patient. i would recommend them to anybody. dont have to leave the house and they fix my computer by remote. ive signed up for 3 yrs . and i ring them regularly with my problems and they fix it there and then. all the technicians are great and patient.

I needed on line support for my e-mail - (I use Incredimail) Not every on line support companies knew how to fix the e-mail problem - but - Guru Aid - could - and they did. I am convinced they are the best.

I have not been with GURUAID for long. On the two occasions that I have contacted them I have found each technician of the greatest assistance.

Like others I find it amazing the way he takes over and moves the mouse around all those mysterious aspects inside my computer, checking, cleaning,restoring, and leaving me with a machine that works perfectly.

It is of such a help being able to conduct a conversation with the technician, and he does not leave me until he and his supervisor are absolutely sure that any problems have been addressed.

I am very happy to have found GuruAid and its excellent service.

I just signed up for another 3 yrs with GA. I have used them for Six years and I am very satisfied with their service. They have always been able to resolve my problems. Very reputable company.

The only cons are the sales pitch a few years ago. One guy wouldn’t let it go. Other than that , most techs are very polite and helpful. If you don’t like the one you have call back and get another one!

Due to the craziness if MIcrosoft updates and the removal of the homegroup as a result of these updates, all my files and document needed to be made accessible on both my computers. Guruaid wha has and always does a n excellent job when they work on my computers was able to accomplish this with one drives and setting up a network for me.

This was accomplished in a professional manner and as quickly as possible. I am very happy with the service and professionalism that is always shown when I need to have software work done on my computers, Thanks again!!

A recent Microsoft "update" crashed my computer and took my apps and data with it - you know, the update that Microsoft alerts you to via a little window'ed message. Thank God I backed up data the day before. I had another computer and tried to get in touch with Microsoft. That was a joke. So I googled, took a deep breath, and found GuruAid online and reached out. They were amazingly helpful and assigned a tech immediately. The fix took quite a while and went into a second day. I sat back and watched. Their techs are competent and eagerly want to please. After they got my computer back up and running, they've called and/or emailed 3 or 4 times to check my level of satisfaction and to check that all's good. They called yesterday as a matter of fact which is what prompted me here. Anyway, good people, smart people, competent people, and great service. Now, when I receive the MS update notice, I back up my data first and make sure I have my GuruAid contact info ready just in case. Thanks to their teams!
