Never heard of It Factory until I stumbled upon during a GOOGLE search for WordPerfect X7 Professional. I was just browsing to see if I could find a wallet-friendly price. I nearly opted to ignore It Factory because it was located in Canada and not the USA. Actually, I did ignore it at first. Finally, after two days and just as I was about to proceed with a purchase elsewhere, I decided to look one more time. I had a few questions which Ng Lincoln swiftly shot back answers to. No hogwash stuff, just a direct answer to my specific question. Nothing more and nothing less, something I have a serious appreciation for. I ordered and they were ready to shop. But oops! I forgot I had to be out of town and the package had to be signed for upon delivery. No problem Ng just delayed shipping so it would approve when I said I'd be back home. It came on the day he said. The software was as advertised. The right version and was not academic or OEM. It installed without a hitch. registered without an issue. And thusfar works as it's supposed to. A shame i didn't know about It Factory before now. could have saved myself a lot of both time and money.

A few days ago, I was exploring my options for getting an antivirus software and had an online chat with itfactory agent who was very helpful. He even guided me to a link to get a 30 day free trial. Then, yesterday when I mistakenly purchased Kaspersky internet security instead of total securit, he helped me with a refund followed by sending me the activation key right away after I purchased total security. The price was also lower than the Kaspersky website. Keep up with the great work!

Ordered Malwarebytes online, entered wrong email address because of autocorrect. Customer service called within hours and fixed the problem.
