I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband's birthday. They did take a bit to arrive but they had told me it would be to 3 weeks for delivery as they were custom made. When we received the shoes they did not fit. I emailed them to ask them about their exchange policy and they replied to me within 4 hours on Thanksgiving Day. They are exchanging the shoes for a larger size and have told me not to worry about sending back the smaller shoes. They have been staying in contact with me every few days via email letting me know the status of my order. The customer service is wonderful I just hope that the new shoes are going to fit. I order the Benz high top star trek theme shoes. I was very worried as the product came from China and I wasn't certain on how much the shipping would cost me to send the shoes back.

No one should use deal surf ever. I bought a $100 coupon for a Keratine treatment (over a month ago)and they never gave it to me and they ignore all of my emails... I will continuously write bad reviews on all review sites until they correct this.

After numerous emails, I finally was referred to another email address and nothing. I'm out the $$$ I paid and have no product.

I purchased something through DealSurf's site. I realize that when you purchase something, you're actually doing it through the merchant's website and DealSurf is just the "tool" that took you there. However, when I never received my item and could not get in touch with the site my item was supposed to come from, I tried to reach out to Dealsurf. First of all, I never remember setting up a password on their site, so when you click on Dealsurf's link "forgot your password or never got one?" it will ask you to enter your email and a security code. No matter how many times I entered the security code, it told me it was wrong. Then it would finally say "Oops our site has encountered an error but we're trying to fix it." THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR A SOLID MONTH !! I have emailed Dealsurf no less than 20 times on their "support" (and I use that term loosely") link, with no response. They offer no phone number or support whatsoever. So, I have no idea how to get my money back. I did (through much digging) happen to find an address to Dealsurf hidden in their "privacy policy" so I will be writing to them to find out what happened to the item I paid for and why they never respond to support requests. They are absolutely AWFUL and I will never purchase ANYTHING through their site again. They suck !!

In April I purchased a $25.00 voucher for a gift basket from Top100florists through a Dealsurf daily deal. When I tried to redeem my voucher, the company did not offer gift baskets for US delivery. Since mid-October I have been trying to get a refund from Dealsurf, but to no avail. Lots and lots of emails, but no refund. In comparison, I have had disputes with Groupon and Dealfind for undelivered purchases, and they sent me a refund with the week. I would not do business with deasurf again unless they come through with my refund.

I paid for 2days and deal was live only for 18 hours, I called costumer service they said they are gonna fix it which that never happened I called several times and left several messages still no respond! I paid full price for 2days! This website is scam no one clicked in my deal! If you are a merchant and you want promote your business please read this and do NOT waist your money and time.

Dealsurf has hundred of deals organized by categories. They have many tools such has serach box, filters, price range...to find the deal you want.

The best feature is probably the DealBox, which organize all the newsletter and coupon bought from other website. Now I don't receive dozen of daily deal emails on my personal email adress, but only the DealSurf newsletter with all the deals from others website.

I am so glad, I found out about it, now I could not do without it.
