Terrible Service - Avoid Like The Plague.
I ordered a jacket on 8th October and was advised it would take up to 21 working days to be delivered. After chasing this several times and being assured that it was being dispatched I never received the item so I had to request a refund. I was told that this would take 7 to 14 days (not working days) reach my account and this was on the 30th November. I have had to contact go groopie today to chase my refund as it has still not being received. I would not recommend go groopie as I have just had hassle from start to finish.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from go-groopie.
I put in an order on 15 September 2015 was advised by email the delivery takes 2 weeks and 4 weeks later still no delivery I have emailed gogroopie 5 times still no reply although they have taken the £220 from my account on the 15th. I contacted the customer service on the telephone yesterday as the gift I bought is for my daughters birthday which is today! The operator advised she would email the supplier directly find out what was wrong. ( still no contact to let me know outcome)I telephoned the company this morning they explained they don have any order from go-groopie on my behalf. I telephoned go-groopie AGAIN! Operator advised she did not know why this was happening although she had emailed the company I explained they have no order she advised they put the order she doesn't know what's went wrong in she would speak to her supervisor and get back to me. I am still no further forward but £220 down and no birthday present for my daughter. This form lets your score go-groupie I don't think they deserve any stars I rate their service 0

I was worried about an order i placed through this site after I read the reviews , but I shouldn't of been , my order was delivered very quickly and I'm very satisfied with the product received.

i would not recommend no one to use this company i bought a item after 3 month they refund my money after many call and email i keep getting the run around so i afto ask paypal to investigate before i was refunded.

Placed an order over 3 months ago. Item as not been received. they keep saying that they are sorting it. but nothing done to date. Absolute joke. I advise anyone thinking of ordering from them to check all the reviews. they keep blaming ultra supplements. Both company's are rip off merchants. Don't trust either of them. With all the bad reviews, I can't believe they haven't been closed down.

Do Not Use This Company
I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a voucher for razor blades at the start of the year and then paid what I thought at the time to be a vastly over-priced P&P, however I figured this was just a way for the vendor to make a few extra pounds so went with it. Over a month and no delivery of the product. I tried to contact the vendor directly but needless to say despite many emails and hours trying to get through I got no response. I contacted GoGroopie and managed to speak to someone (a miracle I have not managed since despite being on their phone line supposedly in a queue for cumulatively a number of hours). I was told I would receive a refund which I would see within 5-7 days and would get a follow up email to confirm the conversation as they were aware of the issues with the vendor. Neither the email nor refund have been received and its been well over a month. I have tried to message the company many times since, hanging on their phone line, submitting my issues online, but nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
As I was writing this I spoke to the company who told me my refund had been pending since the 6th March but had not gone through (no reason was given though). I have been promised I will receive my refund by Friday (I won't hold my breath!) however I have to go to PayPal to get a refund for the circa £5 P&P from the company who provided the product as they are unable to get hold of them. They should be vetting all companies they work with thoroughly and frankly should be handling the P&P for all vendors so that they can issue a full refund when they fail (as so many have found they do) in getting what you have paid for. I can't stress enough DO NOT USE GoGroope - imagine you had paid hundreds of pounds for one of their holiday breaks and this happened!!
Agree with the above and shall broadcast all these reviews on Facebook and Twitter. I redeemed a voucher for a purchase at Giftbox Bristol ( beware also-illiterate and at best, confusing, at worst, lying, customer service response). Have sent 9 emails to GoGroopie and the supplier since Sunday. Received 2 responses saying wait for delivery. Supplier says they won't be delivering and GoGroopie shld refund. As its underwear no refund will apply if the goods are sent which is why I have been chasing them both to cancel and refund. GoGroopie d not acknowledge that issue. I found correct sizing on another site and it does not match Giftbox's which is why I am desperate to cancel. If anyone has a clue as to how to get these people taken offline pls let's know! Consumer Affairs?

Gogroopie Are Shameless Thiefs
Bought a voucher for a 7" 4.1 android smartpad lite. The voucher they sent to my device with instructions didn't open on my phone or pc, the voucher code supplied on their site won't work. After numerous complaints to both gogroopie and jny tech, the company with whom I was to redeem my voucher, neither company has replied to me.I have emailed and telephoned both without success, it's like they don't exist apart from a fraudulent website. I encourage everyone who has suffered such blatant theivery from these immoral people to report their crimes.

I Purchased A Voucher For A Wax Vac Cleaner From G
I purchased a voucher for a wax vac cleaner from go groopie. Althought I redeemed the voucher the product never arrived. I emailed go groopie couple of times in and had absolutely no response regarding a deal. That's my second deal I had problem with however after many emails and reviews on the deal I finally received it.
My advise to anyone thinking of using them DON'T they will take your money and give you a load of hasstle. NOT RECOMMENDED !!

I purchased a voucher for a pair of exercise shorts from go groopie.The voucher was invalid so I emailed go groopie 4 times in total over a two week period and had absolutely no response.Luckily I had paid via paypal so managed to get my money back via the resolution process.
My advise to anyone thinking of using them DON'T they will take your money and give you a load of hasstle.NOT RECOMMENDED !!
