Stay Away From This Company. Suppose To Get Delive
Stay away from this company. Suppose to get delivered a stainless steel worktop,they missed the day of delivery, I have to pay an extra day the contractors waiting for it,then they send and email saying that the item was damaged so it was a delay, soon as I see the email I try ti cancel the order but of course they said I've to pay 25% stock fees. Stay away, cheep products, adexa much better

Awful awful Company - avoid at all costs. Adexa scamsters posing as Nextdaycatering
So I was adamant that my new commercial kitchen appliances were not from the other awful company Adexa whom I’d had previous terrible dealings with, and so found the items I needed from these guys.
Price was decent, but to my horror the products that were marked to me for delivery where Adexa products. So i emailed and called to cancel. This was ignored and they still tried to deliver my items which I declined delivery. Now they are taking 25% off both items which is over £1400 for both orders for restocking even though I emailed to cancel prior to delivery.
Now 3 weeks on you can’t get through to them on the phone and when you do, you get god knows who else that would speak like they have just got out of bed on the other end of the line, being super unhelpful!!! Not!!
I’m still waiting for me refund and will now probably have to go legal or through my bank.
Stay away from them. Totally dodgy company who are obviously the same owners as Adexa.
Shameful that people like this can trade and sleep at night.
Get them closed down by not ordering.

Avoid this company by all means. Go direct with the big companies like nesbitt. Definitely worth paying the extra if something goes wrong. I ordered a Buffolo microwave and a tall standing fridge. Was expecting next day delivery as, heard nothing. So thought benefit of the doubt the main company the product coming from could delay. Received the microwave direct from buffalo within 7 day which was no problem. Then I get a email on the 10th day with link to a courier company website for delivery details. When I loaded up nothing coming up so thought il wait till Monday to give them a call 10 am on Monday I get a text and a call from next day catering saying I missed a delivery at 9am and I have to pay another £50 for redelivery. When asked why they did not call or message, they replied they are not inclined to call. They sent email they don’t call. Asked why they called and text know?? No answer.Again thought okay the courier company could be funny and paid. Within. 15 min the delivery was made. Look at the reviews on google I can see they do that to a lot of customers. Think the couriers are themselves. Anyways after I unpacked the fridge and putting it in the location I left it to stand by for 48hours so the gas can settle to be on the safe side. When switched on the dials are appalling. Just about managed to set. Next day see the fridge has gone to minus and gone to ice. A freezer rather then fridge. When called up they said to fill warranty form did that and then when explained never worked properly from day one the lady said I should get replacement or refund. Still awaiting 2 weeks later. When I call they don’t answer so I blocked my number and they answer, she says she has passed it on, she never answers then I speak with another lady she says she can’t do anything because she on sales and will pass it on, but she never comes on phone then get told to email services. They make it out that they are some big company when it’s the same 2 people who answer the phone when they do answer.

Do not order from this terrible company.
I purchased an oven. The on/off switch failed within 6 weeks. When I contacted them for a replacement switch (4 months ago), they sent me a detailed list of requirements, including the need for a commercial electrical report on the failed component.
Everything was completed and returned.
Nothing more was heard from them. They generally don't answer the phone, and when they do, they make excuses and state they will look into it; they never phone back.
Worst company I have dealt with in thirty years.

Then when you cancel because they taken more than 2 weeks to deliver to you they don't even refund the correct amount of money. I haven't even been give 50% of my money back. Broke their own terms and conditions and UK law. AVOID AVOID

Purchased a very expensive Rational Oven and Stand, at a cost of £7k ++ expecting a speedy delivery, given the name of the company 'next day catering', more like next week, month or never! I was informed the item was in stock and I made it very clear I needed a specific type of model, single phase electricity not 3 Phase. I communicated this via the order form, email and a telephone conversation. This additional info fell on deaf ears, as the first delivery, which arrived 6 days later, not next day, was incorrect, they sent a 3 phase oven, which I only found out about, after spending quite some time unpacking it. Even though this was Next Day Caterings mistake, I was told I had to re-pack it and have it ready for a courier. Getting that courier organised was also a painful experience, I won't bore you with the details, lets just say it took several days of back and forth; and many attempts to get through to their shocking customer services team, who never seem to answer their calls! Point to note, the oven was advertised with a starter pack worth £250, which never arrived with the first oven order. The 2nd oven arrived several days later (i don't live near or work at the unit, so I'm having to make special trips 1.5 hr round trips and take time off work!!), anyway, 2nd oven arrives, 1. without the starter pack, 2. without the detergent and 3 MOST IMPORTANT, without the necessary pipes, which means the oven couldn't even be used. I was promised the starter pack, pipes, manual and detergent would arrive today, but they didn't. The shocking customer service haven't picked up any calls, I've called about 6 times and emailed 3 times, even emailed the CEO...... tumbleweed!! I've spent £7k+ on a piece of kit I can't use, because Next Day Catering are completely inept and doing the basics of ordering from a supplier and tracking that order and providing a semi decent level of service to their customers. I needed the oven last week and it's now looking like my opening date of my cafe will be delayed, which is going to be very costly as I've spent a small fortune on advertising etc. I would strongly suggest you find another company to provide your commerical kitchen appliances, because Next Day Catering are not up to the job, far from it.

Ordered An Extractor On 22nd February. Was Told It
Ordered an extractor on 22nd February. Was told it shipped 27th February. Clearly untrue as it isn’t here - no tracking either. No longer replying to any messages, emails and they don’t answer the phone. They have now also blocked me on Facebook! I’ve requested a charge back through my credit card company - do not deal with this company as they have literally taken our money!

AVOID!!! NOW TAKING LEGAL ACTION! I purchased a griddle from these guys, after arriving 3 weeks late it had essential missing parts and no parts manual, it was a nightmare to get through to them, eventually got through on an alternative line. They said they have no spare parts available for this and would ask the manufacturer. Heard nothing back, emailed asking for a refund and they have flat out ignored me, it breaches consumer right as well as completely avoiding their 12 month spare parts warranty. Griddle was in the sale and is now not on the site, they’ve obviously just flogged the last one without the parts. Now having to waste valuable time going down the legal route, disgusting customer service and please just go to Nisbets.

Do not be fooled by cheap prices. The equipment is the WORST. We purchased a KING GST saladette for £1200. Broke after 4 months. Engineer came and said the whole compressor system needed to be replaced so its not even worth fixing it. Instead of giving us a new unit, theyre offering £450 plus we have to dispose of it ourselves. Ridiculous. AVOID

Please Please Don't Buy From Them Company
I'm begging anyone reading this to please do not buy from them. Their phones are never answered (Ive been phoning all day, everyday for a week) When you try to track your order it doesn't work either. I've paid almost 500 quid for an under counter bar fridge and I've been worrying sick that I've lost my money. Please don't be fooled by their cheaper than most prices, just pay a wee bit more with another company. Please take heed
