Don't Have The Items
They advertise everything on multiple sites. Say the items are in stock and then when you order, only then do they try & source the item. OOps its not in stock & not available. They don't stock anything. Refund prompt, but a waste of the buyers time.

Won't Cancel Order
Placed the order and just realised…
Placed the order and just realised after that it won't arrive in time..
Canceled it within seconds (less than a minute..) and the reply I get is : "Unfortunately as your order has already been dispatched we are no longer able to cancel your order."
In a few seconds?! :))
Anyway.. I thought I'll let you guys know what happens if you cancel your order.

Poor Service And Incomplete Item
Purchased a handle for my Gaggia Classic coffee machine and on receipt found there was no end cap? Therefore incomplete. Asked for cap to be sent to finish the order only to be told it's sold without it. Clearly not instructed about this on the item description. Will have to send back at my own cost as rudely told "The cost the return will be down to you as this item we ordered incorrectly, we do not list this to have the end cap or show this on the listing"
So if ordering anything from this site check you are actually getting what you order. Off to get the item from a reputable shop.

Terrible Company
Bought a solar light, doesn’t work and they refuse to replace it. Terrible company, poor items, worse customer service avoid!!!
The garden solar light was purchased in June of 2018 so is unfortunately out of the manufacturers warranty period and we are unable to send a replacement. The customer advised that the product was in use last year and has been packed away for the winter. These lights contain rechargeable batteries which will not hold their charge for long periods of non use and will require a long charge or replacement batteries if they are no longer operating correctly.

No Service Equals No Problem!
If I could, I'd give no stars at all. Bought a wrong spare part as there was no complete measurements on the website. Tried calling- they never answer, left a message - they never called me back, tried the chat - very unhelpful ("we work off model numbers and not the dimensions") and discouraging to deal with them as the return would be at my cost. Clearly the well trained bot is better at customer service than badly trained human.
In conclusion, not dealing with them, rather let them to keep my 25 quid as clearly they need it more than repeat business, good reputation and great reviews.

Item Not Delivered
Ordered a simple glass bulb cover for Indesit oven. Nine days later and several emails I have yet to receive it. Your spares.co.uk blame the cold weather and Royal Mail backlogs and are hoping to keep me waiting patiently however long this farce goes on. I didn't make any agreement with Royal Mail. They did so I think it totally unfair for them to hide behind this. I ordered another in the meantime for a family member from Espares. Arrived in one day. That's who I recommend. Think ywice before you use Yourspares.co.uk. You could be waiting a very long time!
I have checked the tracking and see your order has now been delivered.
We are working tirelessly to resolve all outstanding orders and in constant communication with Royal mail. The weather caused mass disruption and prevented collections taking place all around the country. When collections resumed our parcels/mail were taken to Royal mail Southampton as they always do. The situation Royal mail are left in is a huge amount of parcels equal or greater than any period over Christmas but without the staff that they would usually have brought in to handle and deliver the parcels at the normal pace.
We are left in a situation with hundreds of customers who have not yet received their goods, however many that were dispatched over this period are now receiving them. Orders that were dispatched subsequently are not causing as many problems.
Similar mail order companies are in the same position as us including the one you have purchased your replacement goods from. Your goods will arrive with you soon and I will of course arrange a refund for you and send you our freepost return details so you can send the goods back to us if you are happy with that?
I can assure you we are a legitimate company but we are of course receiving negative comments on review platforms and all we can do is address these comments directly with an explanation of the situation we are dealing with.
We are really sorry about goods not arriving when they are supposed to. We use Royal mail for the majority of our orders so we can keep the cost down and because of the coverage they have. Usually it is a great service but when the snow comes it always causes problems.

Still Waiting For My Delivery!
I ordered a digging hoe from this company on the 7 September, I got home on the 11 September to find a scrap of paper on the floor inside the front door telling me that the courier had tried to deliver the parcel but nobody was home. No details of the courier so I could call them, no note to say they had left it with a neighbour. I immediately got onto Yourspares and sent them an email at the contact address. I haven't had a reply yet. I then sent them another email on the 'parts missing' address on Monday and I still haven't had a reply to that either, it is now Thursday. Customer Service??? You're having a laugh.. except it isn't funny. I shan't be buying anything from this company again.

Terrible Customer Service.
Purchased a replacement drawer front for my Hotpoint freezer 2 months ago. It has recently developed a crack in the handle so I contacted Yourspares to report the problem.
Was told in no uncertain terms that the problem was due to me overloading the drawers and that the fault is general wear and tear.
I suggested that as the drawer was not overloaded/overused and it was only 2 months old this couldn't be just wear and tear and the company refused to replace or refund the product.
Will be going elsewhere for the replacement!

Amazing Service From Yourspares
we were running out of Miele hoover bags so i searched the product number and up came Yourspares. The range of replacement bits that you can get as well as the quantity is fantastic. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. Although the products do not have the Miele logo on them they are effectively the same product and work just the same but at half the cost. I would certainly use them again and tell a friend
