Work this one out, purchased an iPod online that has issues, contacted store which said it is has no issues as it was tested before dispatch, well if it was then it wasn't tested fully.. they have said to return but its at my expense, how is this fair?

When I email Rutherglen store they are ignoring me so I have to then email the generic customer services so there is a lot of back and forth going on.

Absolute joke of a company, I am mid stage Parkinsons Disease and mentioned this to them, not because I want special treatment but just a bit of help, but nothing.

I would look elsewhere if looking for 2nd hand tech.

I purchased a laptop on April 2022 . A few months later the screen developed a fault. Please note the laptop was still under the warranty.

At first the shop denied that they had any responsibility and told me to repair it at my own cost.

Clearly the store has shown that any warranty claims are purely upon their description, essentially meaning a warranty is meaningless and not a legal obligation as described by Consumer act right 2015.

It seems they don't believe they are obliged to follow the law or offer appropriate customer service to their customers; they can do whatever they want.

Without any proof on their side they rejected an independent report regarding the nature of the fault. After their assessment they shipped faulty items back to me and closed the case at their end.

The Rotherham shop has failed to respond to my query to a satisfactory level, making me pay for repair and all the additional expenses.

The shop has hidden itself behind its own interpretation of the Consumer Rights Act.

They don't have responsibility for "after sale care" and accused me of causing damage which is a false not to mention convenient. It is also totally contrary to the investigation carried out by an independent expert.

I offered the shop a number of chances to rectify the situation, however they failed to do so.

Sick to the back teeth of this shop.

3 times (that I know of!) They have bought MY property off the same known person, who is supposedly banned for life from ALL Cash Generators. How many times do the Police have to take back my belongings and me have the girl charged?????

The girl even uses her own name, with the same ID and her own address, yet they still let her sell them stuff.

What is wrong with the absolute disgrace for human beings that work there????

If I could give no stars I would, be very cautious in buying from cash generator Glasgow I have returned.

a iPad mini because it was Faulty on the 13th of November and I am still waiting for my refund.

If you can avoid cash generator Glasgow do it they do not reply back to your emails they have received my returned item but still has not refunded me after countless emails.

I visited the Sheffield store who were selling an Omega Speedmaster when I examined the watch I realised it was counterfeit and a poor one at that. It had the Schumacher special edition dial yet the case back said "moon watch" the movement was not even a chronograph. It was a very poor copy when I mentioned this I was told that 3 people had verified it and was made to look like a charlatan. The watch is for sale for £600 a fraction of the value of a genuine watch. I emailed the branch but received no response I am disgusted that a high street store can trade in this way and will be contacting Trading Standards.

The Guarantee they offer here means nothing as they will just accuse you of dropping the item or whatever they need to say to make it your fault not theirs!.

The consumer rights act 2015 also means nothing it would seem as when I returned a not fit for purpose, #Lenovo PC (PC screen doesn't light up! )to them on 19th October less than 24 hours after leaving the shop with it, the staff member laughed at me, and refused to repair replace or give me a refund of my £119.99 payment.

We also rang the manager direct and she flat out refused too!, preferring instead to accuse us of dropping it when we haven't, and their is no evidence or marks on the product to warrant this.

Not only that but come to think of it the item had no CE markings, or PAT testing label on it, And was sold to me with a 2 pin foreign plug attached to a cheap looking, 3 pin UK adapter! I am sure that alone is a breech of some consumer law or other!.

I am very disappointed at this shops none existent customer service, they are liars.

I hope to prove it in court too!, my home has CCTV which shows I never dropped it getting it from my car, and the street I walked down and car park are covered, I shall instruct my solicitor to obtain footage from the CCTV operator.

I hope they get a massive fine for breaching consumer rights and the manager and staff members involved get what they deserve (sacked).

They have let down the Cash Generator Brand, And damaged my customer confidence in them I shall never recommend or shop there again.

Avoid like the plague ,the Preston store!

I bought a tablet for my son as an early Christmas present and saw one that was well priced and good spec.

It was delivered and well wrapped and boxed so I thought it would be a good product.

The screen still had the protective cover on and it looked in really good condition.

On the back I saw various connectors, one said DC. The power supply that was sent with it was a Nokia charger (the tablet WASN'T A NOKIA!).

I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt and try it and nothing. It wouldn't turn on, wouldn't charge or anything.

When I rang, I asked if they tested things when they bought them and the lady said "it's sent with what comes with it".

Really helpful, not.

sold my old Samsung for a good price

On my way out a smart tv caught me eye

I was instantly offered 10% discount since I had already bought a mobile.

They delivered it for free,installed it and took the rubbish away.

shut the shop and did not inform customers, we found note in window telling us to go to another store to get our layway goods which is miles away,we called the store and they said they would deliver the goods to the old shop for us to collect the following week , we turned up they did not so we called again and for weeks they said we will deliver to your house they should have done this today but no nothing, called again they said we don't deliver anymore.
