My order has never arrived, I have sent two emails and left a voicemail and there has been no response. They have taken the money for the camera I purchased. Absolutely do not buy from here.

I ordered a camcorder on November 15th. Two weeks later I queried the non delivery and was told they’d chase it. I emailed again a week later and got the same response. A week later I emailed them to say I couldn’t wait any longer and asked them to confirm my order would be cancelled and no money taken. Since then I have heard nothing despite emailing at least four times asking for a response. Telephone calls are not answered and voicemails have not been returned. Terrible service and I am still not sure whether my order has been cancelled.. It would have been more honest if they had admitted when I ordered that the item was not in stock, but they accepted the order anyway with clearly no intention of providing the item within a reasonable time.

I was reading reviews initially of the company and they were not too bad, so I decided go for it.

I have seen that they got particular camera of my interest in stock. So I decided place an order. Even chosen fast deliver for Saturday. Paid via PayPal (for more security) hoping getting fast, as time was for me crucial.

Very next day (actually very fast), they replied that camera is NOT in stock. They indeed provided screenshot (I had my own anyway just in case) of the prove, with apologies, that product was advertised as in stock but they don't have it. Sooner will be around November.

I Requested asap refund, which they did.

Eventually I found camera somewhere else. but soon after, I have noticed, they advertised this camera again, as in stock. For that reason and my lost time, I give negative review.

I could go for two stars, as for fast reply, but I have noticed same approach for number of other retailers, so they will receive negative review too. 3 in total within one week, claimed having it in stock and returning my cash. Hence for loosing my week, no positive review. Luckily no money lost.

Ordered a Blackvue car camera 23/09/16 (Friday Night) so take into account closed over weekend, it arrived one the 30/09/2016.

Got exactly what I ordered, brand new and used paypal so even easier.

Good seller, no complaints. 

After waiting for 2 weeks, I received an email advising the item I ordered was not in stock. Phone goes direct to answer machine and calls are not returned. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a mount for a contour action cam, 7 in stock paid for 1-3 day delivery a week later try phoning and ALWAYS goes to answer machine. Left messages to contact me, but no phone call from them. Even tried the number they have registered with Paypal again no answer and line after ringing just gets cut off.

If you purchase from them expect to have to make a claim they are not a trustworthy company and really need shutting down so they can not do this to other buyers.

I ordered the Canon Speedlite flash because the price was very good. I bought online then phoned the next day to check that it would be delivered within 24 hours ready for Christmas. The advisor said it would be shipped before the end of that day. Now 8 days later and after 4 phonecalls I have been told that the item is out of stock!!! I have CANCELLED the order and will never use this company again.

Bought a camera and film for my daughters Christmas present. Used this company as they offered extra film with the camera. Camera arrived with no fetes film. Have phoned 7 times and left messages since mid December. No one has ever replied. This has resulted in half a present on Christmas Day. Feel very annoyed.

****Warning**** Paid for goods, undelivered, money paid business not contactable!!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!
