Eglobalcentral Terrible !! The Worst E-shop Ever !!!!!!!!!!!
The Worst e-shop i have ever ordered. I placed an order (ipad pro 2020) in November the 27th. I live in Greece and i told them that i want to get it before the Christmas time because i wanted to give it to my son as a X-mas gift. Today is almost 4 !!! /1/2021 and STILL is on Tour !!! I sent to them several e-mails telling to cancel the order and refund and they answering that the parcel is on the go. Tracking it i can see that the parcel dispatched from NL 2 Dec., 8 Dec. arrived in GB and 28 Dec. arrived in NL again !!!????? when i told them what's going on they don't answered!! In Dec. the 3rd i ordered a lense from e-infinity.eu and 23 Dec. i got it !!!!! I'm in a refund mode and i don't know if and when i'll get my money back! Conclusion: S.O.S. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM !! THEY ARE UNRELIABLE !! DON'T BUY ANYTHING !!!
Worst Shopping Experience Ever!!!
Ordered a mobile phone on the 9th of March 2020 by standard delivery, it is the 15th of April 2020 and haven't received it yet. e-mailed them 9 times for the past 3 weeks and they haven't even bothered to reply. Been given a Royal Mail tracking number but the shipping information hasn't been updated since the 18th of March 2020, it still says "Item is on its way to the RDC" (meaning " We are expecting it", post office says).
Rubbish customer service, the only way you could contact them being by e-mail.
I do not recommend eglobalcentraluk.com, obviously.
Update: On the 17th of April I received an e-mail from eGlobal saying they would open a case with the courier regarding my order and e-mail me back as soon as possible, then on the 28th of April was told that they were still tracing the courier.
It is the 21st of May 2020 and I am still waiting for the order to be delivered. Fortunately, I managed to make a charge-back claim with VISA on the 27th of April and I received a full refund the next day for now (even though the investigation process could take up to 8 weeks).
Also filed a complaint on consumer.org.hk (from Hong Kong) on the 24th of April. They e-mailed back on the 4th of May saying that they had also e-mailed eGlobal, trying to solve our dispute...

I purchased an iPad mini 2019 at £287.84 from eGlobal Central and used their free shipping on orders over £50. The iPad mini wasn’t (actually) in stock and after several days of delay I eventually got an order dispatched email (with tracking link). After a couple of days, the shipment tracking then stopped at the My Hermes national sorting hub and after chasing eGlobal Central and My Hermes for weeks. Eventually My Hermes phoned me to apologies that they had lost my package and that they would compensate the eGlobal Central and I should go back to them.
After chasing eGlobal Central, they eventually came back and said 'I regret to inform you that the package was not insured so the maximum refund that I could provide you with is 10GBP'
So, if you are looking to purchase an item over £50 from eGlobal Central. Then you are taking a big risk if you don’t pay for the extra insurance, which is 3% of the order cost, so budget that into the price!
I was very fortunate that I made this purchase with a credit card, so could get my money back from them.
This will be the one and only time that I use eGlobal Central and all I can say is 'Buyer Beware'.

I Ordered A Google Wifi Router 3 Pack From Them. T
I ordered a google wifi router 3 pack from them. The courier (Hermes, equally as bad as EGlobal) claimed it was left in a safe place. I never authorised it being left in a safe place since there isn't one where I live, and it was over £200. I stayed in the entire day awaiting delivery - my doorbell never rang. I contacted EGlobal who sent me a couple of standard messages saying they had logged the issue with the courier then eventually said the courier claim it was delivered 'as instructed' (I never gave such instructions) and so the case is closed. No refund, and I don't have what I ordered. Since this final email from them I have had no responses, they are ignoring me. They don't care about their customers in the least, only about taking money.
Keep in mind also that they are not in the UK, they are in China.

My Purchase Was Never Delivered. Deliver Was Sched
My purchase was never delivered. Deliver was scheduled for a large office in central London with 24hr reception & mail room. there is no reason why this couldn't have been delivered.
Courier has verified that the shipment was returned to sender over 6 weeks ago and I am still waiting for a refund. eGlobal are refusing to refund "until the product is returned to their warehouse".
I would like to caution all potential shoppers about this company. Buyer definitely beware.

Products Not In The Uk
Like so many logged on to UK website and paid for product. 7 days later find out it is in Hong Kong. Now have to mess about with paypal about a refund and we all know how useless they are. This is not a UK based website no matter what the URL says. Please please please everyone heed the other negative reviews. I didn`t and wish I had just to save £20

Too Slow But Good Prices
I ordered a Moto5Gs mobile phone in November 2017.
Decent prices but three weeks for my new phone to arrive was too much. Only one email from them saying it was being processed and no apology.
If they could speed up there service and communicate a bit better this could be a great retailer, but for now I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I bought from this company who took forever to reply and if at all.
They then provided a phone that the os was tampered with and also the wrong phone from one i had ordered.
Do not buy from them at ALL.
the address in Germany is fake, I was there, they're not there for a long time no more.
live chat is fake never work
the phone number is in england but don't say, no area code or anything
they never answer any of my many emails at all
their webpage is very bad to find for what you looking for
complaints about this company are plenty
their ratings are lower than any company I ever seen 2.1 at this moment only now shouldn't that give you something to think about it
think and search before you buy and lose your money and get headache a lot and waste your time beforte rather then after
