So I searched for the microphone I wanted and Hans Kolberg UK came up in Google - I was immensely impressed by the design of the store, and the price, so after shopping around for even cheaper prices, put an order in. I was informed of when it was despatched, and where in the UK it was - the shipping was traceable via UPS and it even arrived early. I opened a massive box to find masses of packing and protection and eventually, in the middle, a tiny microphone - the Sennheiser e945. They could not have taken more care! I rang up to say how impressed I was and was greeted on the phone by a young woman who was ever so polite - she wrote my praise down and said she'd pass it on to the director and the despatch team - I then got a lovely email the next day from the despatch team saying how nice it was to receive my thanks! How lovely! I would recommend them to anyone.
