Bought a Qned telly from THT back in November 2024.Great price,product as described and speedy delivery on a day of my choice. I would not hesitate to recommend THT for both service and delivery. This is a company that beats the so called big boys both in value and service.

I needed a new washing machine after looking online found the one I wanted then googled to find the best price. I ordered it from here and the process was smooth and easy. I got my old washing machine taken away and the new one installed. Again the price for this was cheaper. I got to select the day of delivery and after and email I got my time slot. delivered before work this morning. The delivery team were with me first thing, they found me and they were early. My new machine was installed swiftly and we were talked through the basic controls. A smooth purchase from start to finish with no problems.

I bought a new 55" Panasonic Oled TV which was in a Winter Sale. Have been a buyer of this brand for a number of years now, and this was my fourth tv from Panasonic.

My previous tv was also an Ultra HD model but not the latest Oled. As most people have stated in their reviews the picture quality is excellent and the sound is also top notch.

I would say however, if you have a tv and have a cinema kit (amplifier with speakers etc. then don't buy this tv with the bladed speaker. Some people have said the sound quality is not so good. My answer to this would be that the cinema kit is a dedicated option to boost your movie experience and the speaker with this tv is not designed like this, even though it does an admirable job with movies etc. If like myself you only have the built in speakers on your tv, then DO purchase it with the speaker option, as it does make a big difference in the long road. My last tv was only 20 watts in total and this speaker delivers 80 watts. The bass is very good and you don't need to turn up the volume too high to hear what is being said.

Overall I was as said before very happy with the picture quality (have Sky HD box and the picture looks very nice and 4K videos on Netflix and Youtube look nice too and indeed the sound is excellent.

Finally with regard to this company, I was given good service from the sales team with updates and the delivery and installation service was excellent too.

I would definately recommend this TV and this company.

Wanted a 55” smart 4K tv and THT direct answered all my questions honestly with no patronising and consequently I went for a Samsung. I’d done plenty online research and THT were the best price AND a 5 year guarantee!

They deivered dead on the time specified followed by a no-nonsense setup and installation that took no time at all.

It was a pleasure to do business and my TV is fantastic.

Fantastic smooth service from start to finish. Ordered Sunday and got delivered Wednesday. We got a text the night before to tell us the 2 hr slot for the next day. The delivery man was also fantastic and helped my husband very much and nothing was too much trouble. He didn’t just drop of the TV and rush away to the next delivery like a lot do. I would defo use again, fantastic service.

Products are exactly what we were looking for. Excellent service meant we were up and running again very quickly.
