Terrible company!

Rang them today to ask when the TV was being delivered, was met by hostile responses form the start.

Taking a week to deliver (when they charge £30) is a joke.

I remarked that instead of asking me 10 questions about the order, the staff member would be better off if I told him the order number to confirm everything. The response was more hostility, which ended in me telling him to cancel the order, and him calling me a five lettered name .

Shocking company, I would never deal with a bunch of amateurs like this. And I advise you to be careful.

If that's the way they talk to customers, then they deserve to go out business!

I was a bit worried about spending that much money over the net and to a company I had not really heard of, I was even going to drive to the store which is about 4 hours away just to check them out before hand. After one call to them and looking about for reviews I decided to go with them as they were £500 cheaper than high street stores and anywhere else on the net. my item was the 65" Samsung f8000 TV, which is a fantastic bit of kit by the way, The TV was £2500.00 from total digital and the cheapest I could find it anywhere else was £3000.00. Fair enough there's only 12 months warranty this this tv rather than 5 years with the other stores but £500 for 4 more years is a joke and you can get your own warranty before the years up with Samsung themselves for cheaper. Anyway I ordered the TV on Monday at about 4.30pm over the phone, using a credit card for a bit security. I was told it would be delivered next day between 3pm and 6pm which I found hard to believe as it was so late when I ordered it, sure enough the TV arrived at 4.15ish the next day which I thought was great. Only 1 driver like, so I had to help him which I didn't mind. He was also polite and waited while I checked the TV in case it was a box of bricks I was signing for. Just thought I would write this as nobody hardly writes reviews when things go right and I found it hard finding reviews.

These two websites are one and the same, no issue. However when ordering goods on their website you would assume they are in stock?

Not so. After creating an account in order to purchase (which is mandatory) filling out all the required details including payment and receiving email confirmation of my order, 24 hrs later it is cancelled as they have no stock!

What company advertises items for sale that they do not have? Checking on the day my order was cancelled the item is still advertised for sale. A simple sentence to state they have no stock or when they expect it to arrive would help when making a purchasing decision.

My experience of this company has been poor and I cannot recommend them.

Ordered a bluray player as price seemed reasonable (althogh p&p at £10 seems a bit steep!) Order was cancelled later that day saying item was not in stock. However it was still stated as "in stock" on the website. I wrote them an email to let them know this but recieved no reply and they still have it on their site.
