Failed To Deliver!

Made my order for Mother's Day on Thursday before the deadline for next day delivery. Nothing arrived for either mum on the Friday. Or the Saturday. Or the Sunday. And so far today nor the Monday either. Absolute shambles. Customer service at the call centre is non existent. Blaming their supply chain but can't tell me who they are?! After spending the last year fighting cancer I couldn't have got through this year without my mum and my mother in law - i couldn't be with them this mothers dat so ordered flowers, balloon and chocolates. Have a very disappointed mum and mother in law. As for me, I am raging and won't let this go. They have promised to call me back on Saturday and didn't. I called them on Sunday and they promised me a call back and didn't. Have just got off the phone again and they have promised to call me back by close of play today. Time will tell. They keep offering me my money back but are missing the point -- if I wanted my money o wouldn't have spent it in the first place. I wanted a product and service and haven't received either.

No Flowers For Mothers Day

Shockingly bad service. I orderd some flowers for MUM 3 weeks prior to Mothers Day thinking I was well organised. I paid for my order and then received an email to confirm this by Debenhamsflowers. I didn't give it much thought after that until Dad had said Mum did't get her flowers on the day that I had told him to expect them. I had asked for them to be delivered on the friday before Mothers Day because I knew that my parents would be home that day to receive them.

When I contacted customer services asking where were the flowers they tried to make excuses as to why the flowers hadn't arrived, saying that the flowers I had picked were not in the #Mothers Day range#?? but I didn't want them delivered on Mothers Day I wanted them a fews days earlier, it could have been for her Birthday! They had taken my order and my money so how can they just change there minds like this at the last minute?

Mum and I were so disappointed. I did managed to get my money back after a struggle, in the first place they offered me a store credit! can you believe the cheek of it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Mother Day Flowers

Awful service no flowers delivered as promised

Then an email saying another courier would deliver which didn't happen

You have to speak to someone in South Africa!!!

No help there it took an hour to hold and I gave up!

Its not the point when they offer on line money back etc this was one day of the year I would have liked a Company to get it right

Mothers Day Flowers

These flowers arrived well boxed and packaged. But when I managed to get them out of the box, I found some lovely bright white flowers, some deep pink scented roses, mixed with lovely greenery and three old tattered shabby cream/pink carnations. They took away the bright fresh cheer from the rest of the bunch, and put a damper on my daughters gift. 

The message card was very cheap looking, printed on flimsy paper folded like a card, with no picture, just big writing saying Debenhams flowers, and the tiniest tiniest writing inside with the message on. It gave the impression that 'Debenhams' flowers were more important than the message or who they were from. Sad.

Order Accepted, Money Taken, No Flowers...

very disappointed and embarrassed - ordered flowers for sister's birthday and had acknowledgement email and saw money taken from account yet nothing arrived on the order date, nor the next day.

If I had seen these reviews beforehand I could have used a different company but thought such a big name would be reliable.....

I dont think the term florist applies if nothing is provided, hopefully I will get a refund now, but its going to take longer to make it up to my sister...

Will Never Use Again

Just awful, still trying to find out what happened to the flowers that were never delivered. E mails ignored, numerous phone calls with no success, they have had a week to find out what happened, I just want to know what happened to my flowers that

cost me £30.

Totally Confused

Two lots of flowers .No gift card.felt guilty not thanking the people who send them.Very confused just out of hospital after a stroke.Flowers not as fresh as other ones which were delivered.

Shocking Flowers

After ordering 2 previous bouquets via the O2 rewards which were beautiful ordered a bouquet for my parents (should have been £50 and got through O2 for £25)delivered on time and being kept up todate on arrival can not complain on that but the flowers turned up half dead. The only thing I am grateful for is it cost me £25 instead of £50 but to be honestly would not have paid more than £5.00- £10.00 for it. After complaining got a replacement bouquet which was not perfect but 90% better.

It's just a shame the same bouquet my husband bought me has not been replaced! and due to this has put me off buying in the future.

Really Poor Customer Service

This organisation has serious problems.Generally poor and unprofessional:horrible tinny music when you are on hold,sent two dispatched emails(different orders) then after several days said the products were out of stock.There are so many companies who deliver great customer service,but NOT Debenhams. Use someone else. Let me down twice.
