Do not spend your money here!!! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers 3 weeks before and paid extra for nominated day delivery. Did not arrive on time, called x3 (no one will deal with complaint on the phone!!) emailed x2 (no response!!!) so opened flowers, which had arrived 2 days late !!! Flowers all open and half dead (daffodils so don’t last I know but when I have ordered from other sites arrive in bud). Sham site that takes your money, charges extra for nominated delivery, then send poor flowers and shocking customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!!

As with their reviews I agree that this company should be shut down. The flowers I sent to my friend were cheap and tacky. nothing like the image. No gift message included. I sent hem there image and a photo my friend sent me of the flowers she epreceived and on requesting a refund I was refused with the comment they will look like the image when in full bloom. Trust me they won't even get to full bloom. I would give no stars at all if that was an option. I am getting photos of the flowers from my friend and will be reporting this company to trading standards. They should be ashamed of themselves. These were a gift to my friend who has been diagnosed with cancer for the second time so the disgraceful quality was hard to bare.

A gift from my son, not from the usual florist, what a disappointment ! Few flowers, Lilies especially wasn't fresh on arrival , the remainder were well and truly dead within five days.......flowers given to me two days later (from Tesco) are still going more than a fortnight later!

Certainly won't be using their 10% off online ordering!!!

Flowers Not Delivered On Time, Customer Services Atrocious!

I ordered Mother's Day flowers for my mother to be delivered on the Saturday (the day before Mother's Day). I received notification on the Friday that they had been sent via the tracked Royal Mail service.

Saturday arrived, no flowers came. My mum was home all day and nothing came. Nothing sunday then monday arrived a bunch of flowers that were near dead such that she just threw them out.

Now im not saying the quality was poor to start with, had they arrived on time they may have been fine but they were past saving when they reached my mum.

I rang customer services three times and received no answer. I emailed and it took a second email to garner a response. That email asked for a photo of their flowers. I asked my mum for a photo and she sent me a photo of other flowers she had because she'd misunderstood - she said she'd just binned them as they looked worse than ones she'd had at home for weeks and took a photo of the ones she'd had for weeks not the ones she binned if that makes sense.

I explained to customer services that I wasn't concerned about quality as I believed that to be due to the delivery date issue but they refused to investigate the delivery issue at all, or apologise without "a photo" of their flowers, which I simply don't have. I asked if they were suggesting Id made up an order because on the tracking info they gave me it showed clearly the flowers were delivered on the monday. They refused to investigate delivery issues until they had "clarification" that flowers were sent by them.

I have never in all my life bothered reviewing a company online before but I am shocked and appalled at the attitude of this company. It may be that this was a royal Mail error not theirs but a little courtesy wouldn't go amiss. My situation is still not resolved. It may have only been £30 of flowers but it's the principle that galls me such that in my last email ive had to explain that I will be issuing proceedings in the small claims court if I don't hear from them satisfactorily in the next week. If anyone else wants to join me in the course of action let me know.

Do NOT use this company. I wish I'd read reviews in advance!

Never Again!

If I could rate this company with a minus star I would. Broke my heart, I ordered my mum a bouquet of flowers for mothers day, paid extra for postage so they would arrive on chosen date and specific time scale and they never came :-( I was so upset as I was depending on these flowers for my mum, and saved up to buy them.

I rang the company first thing on the Monday and the lady tried to blame royal mail, well I'd been tracking my order and royal mail hadn't and still haven't received it. Anyway the lady said what do I want to happen I said I want full refund and she said she would sort it, but got to wait few days before it hits my account, that's if it does! Best do or there will be hell to pay!!!!

Eden4flowers should be named Eden4getmeflowers!!! I would say never use this company, I certainly won't and have advised friends and family not to either.

Not Worth The Money

Received a Christmas bunch of flowers for Christmas. It consisted of four or five white coronations, some nearly dead foliage, and two stems of Christmas glitter stems.

Told who ever sent them, they were lovely. But they were very poor, and should not be used.

The chocolates were the only thing that was ok.

Bad Customer Service- Collected Money Didn't Deliver Product

My daughter lives in Exeter and I chose Eden because they are a local provider and since I am ordering from Canada I thought it would be safer than a chain.

I made a mistake on the delivery address, and they tried to deliver to the wrong address. They didn't call the number I provided to redirect the delivery (I would have happily paid an extra fee for that).

The order was $130CDN and included flowers, a birthday cake and a stuffed animal. I was told it would be 7-10 days before they could redirect the order. Initially they said they would provide new flowers with the delivery, then rescinded the offer. I received a $5 refund from them.

My daughter is struggling financially right now and she spent her birthday sitting at home waiting for the gifts to arrive, anxiously awaiting them since it was the only celebration she was having.

I regret the mistake I made in the address, but the whole experience was really disappointing. Definitly won't be using this provider in the future.
