A Complete Joke

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! I paid for a Saturday delivery of a blue and white bouquet. Less than 30 minutes prior to the delivery window closing, I was informed (by someone at the recipient's location) that the flowers had not been delivered. When I called the flowershopping.com customer service line, I was placed on hold and was told that the CSR connected with the delivery driver and was informed that the delivery would still occur that day. After the delivery window passed and the flowers were not delivered, I called back and was told the driver was not responding.

Fast forward to the next day (Sunday), I received an email that an investigation is occurring to understand why the delivery didn't occur. I called customer service again and the CSR was rude........AF. She kept interrupting me. She put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. She told me there was no record of anyone speaking with the delivery driver the day prior. She blamed the misinformation I was given on the company's "after hours call center" and indicated she would 'speak to them' about the misinformation. For my inconvenience, she offered to refund the 'same day delivery' fee I paid AND to upgrade the bouquet to the deluxe. She also assured the delivery would occur on Monday as they had no drivers /vendors available to make a Sunday delivery. (That information is contrary to what is posted on their website about Sunday deliveries. According to their "Delivery Policy" posted here: https://www.flowershopping.com/service/delivery, the organization indicates "We do provide Sunday delivery if you place your order before 11:00 a.m. in the recipients time zone on Saturday. " Nonetheless, I acquiesced because what was most important was my recipient receiving the flowers.

At 1:30 pm on Monday, a proxy of the recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet that was actually delivered. It looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The colors were different. The vase was different. The flowers used were different. The 'substitution policy' on the company's website states: "Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of certain containers, flowers or plants in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using a container, flowers or plants of equal value."

The arrangement I ordered showed 2 roses in the 'as shown' version. Again, I was promised an upgrade. So, I would have expected more roses. The bouquet delivered had ZERO roses. The roses were substituted with daisies. Is this company saying that daisies are of 'equal value' to roses?

Finally, when I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund, I received an email asking me to submit photos......which I did. The follow up email sent from flowershopping.com indicated they were going to pick up the flowers that were delivered so they could offer me a refund.

That has GOT TO BE the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Flowers are a perishable item! This company delivered an arrangement I didn't order days after it was supposed to be delivered and then offers to rectify the situation by picking up the flowers before they can issue me a refund? I wasn't even offered an option for them to deliver the correct bouquet! Furthermore, I wasn't asked if it was ok to go to the recipient's home to retrieve the delivery. They informed me that's what they were going to do. Their own return policy states: "FlowerShopping.com offers a 7 day satisfaction guarantee from your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, feel free to contact us. You can return your order within the satisfaction guaranteed time and we will either refund your money or redeliver a new product". I was NOT offered an either or option as indicated in their policy!!

My last email to the company was sent over 12 hours ago and I am still waiting for a response and a reasonable offer to rectify the situation.

Worst Ever Canceled My Order

Called to see if they delivered to a place and they looked it up and said yes they do. So after I got off the phone placed my order and than not even 10 miss later they canceled my order and said they don't do business for that location. And could not deliver them and said the full refund would be returned. I would recommend not ordering from a company like these would not recommend to anyone not even a Enemy.

Do Not Use This Company!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day weeks in advance and they simply emailed me the day AFTER to apologize for not being able to fill the order. The customer service is atrocious. STAY AWAY from this company if you actually need flowers for any occasion. I called 9 times Valentine's day to see when they were being delivered and they continued to say they would let me know. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company

Wish I Could Have Gotten What I Paid For But Inste

Wish I could have gotten what I paid for but instead I got a different basket with different colors and no bird/nest. This last minute substitution was done too late for me to cancel and had to get a replacement. Take the substitute offer or your Mom gets nothing. No discount, no consolation. Take it or leave it.

They Are Sham Artists

This company have a policy that written in fine that they can deliver anything you want other than what you order. They did this to me and tried to used this excuses to whitewashed their mistakes. I paid for deluxe spray, they sent me nothing that look like it in color, size or designs. Then they said in their disclaimer it state so! And only want to refund me the deluxe size different! That like $35 out of the $250 I paid for that they messed up!!It nothings like the same photo sham artist!!

Such a pathological liar. Read other reviews and many happen the same things. I read tried to get away by giving them partial payment. I fell into this site by reading all those positive reviews on their site, well the only things you can’t even leave reviews on their site and I am sure those are fake reviews now! Do not buy unless you want the disappointment, embarrassment and disgust arrangement sent to your family funeral service like me. It’s an event that can never be taken lightly or redo.

Mother's Day Gift

The flowers where dying that where delivered as a mother's day gift and the candy was also old. When calling customer service no answer. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Brutal, Do Not Order From Them.

1. The flowers I received were not the same type of flowers in ad/pic and were much cheaper flowers.

2. The flower which I paid for same day and rush were not delivered on time or on the right day.

3. Was told since they late the flower would but graded to the next level up ( Then in fact only to be downgraded from what was purchased). The flowers my wife received we're Comparable to a ten dollar bundle you get from the gas station.

4. Flowers already began to wilt one day later.

Scam Company!!! Terrible Experience

We ordered flowers for our Mother's funeral service. The website shows the arrangement we agreed on and her favorite colors. Paid an additional outrageous delivery fee for the date and time we agreed on. Recieved a call next am very early due to time difference... saying that a delivery arrived a day and half early, not the arrangement agreed on, dead/brown/dropped flower petals/ green leafy filler with overdone baby's breath/ and none of the roses and beautiful flowers we selected. The funeral home and sister wouldn't display it as it was dead and not presentable. Wrote the company and all they wanted to do was give 20% back of our TTL costs and so forth. This doesn't even begin to cover the taxes and fees and not even the moment we can get back. A total BS sham company. As a florist myself I would suggest to take your business elsewhere. If you want fresh beautiful flowers or arrangements you can do better yourself rather than this company! Website is not what you're getting. Good luck.

I Ordered An Arrangement For My Cousins Birthday.

I ordered an arrangement for my cousins birthday. I paid for an upgrade to premium and to add balloons. Not only did they not give me balloons, or an upgrade, the arrangement looked nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a beautiful glass butterfly vase, they replaced it with a smaller tin. Not realizing this is in US currency (my fault) in total this came to $170 Canadian. Severely disappointed is understatement. I contacted the company and they offered me 15% back- that doesn’t even cover the extra balloons I ordered. Biggest sham ever.

Ugliest Christmas Flowers Ever

I paid 72.50 for an arrangement that was totally unacceptable. Colors were substituted which would have been fine if the colors used were coordinated with the oversized red/white/blue bow. Such an embarrassment of a gift for my sister. After multiple emails they agreed that the arrangement was smaller than the one I ordered and gave me a partial refund of 13.50.

They refused to give me a full refund and could not give me the name of the shop that filled the order, which is unacceptable as well.

I would recommend no one use this service.
