I ordered a bouquet and teddy bear for my son's graduation in HK. Order has been received but very disappointed. Teddy bear is not the same as the one ordered. The one sent was defect product. Teddy's head was not even straight, not facing front. Size was small and colour was horrible orange yellow not white as in picture. Flowers were also not bloomed. Small and colours did not match picture. Never going to order from this place again. Not to mention delivery was too late for the occasion. Lousy product, lousy service!! Spent over CNY1000 for all these! Priced too high for such quality! Thumbs down!

Very disappointed with the flower arrangement. The arrangement no way looked close to the example photos, in fact Mt 5yo could have dumped flowers in the vase better.

I emailed them telling of my disappointed but they obviously don't care because they have my $$$, there has been no reply since Oct 2021.

Don't waste your money with this company.

I ordered a bouquet of roses for my fiancee on Valentine's Day, but they were never delivered. Fortunately, she is very forgiving.

To their credit, yaoflowers did give me a refund.

After reading a few positive reviews, I suspect that yaoflowers does better delivering to China. My delivery address was in Taiwan, not China.

Excellent service, they even confirmed they had delivered directly to the recipient. We'd been unable to contact recipient ourselves as there was a fault on their telephone line, bu the florist kindly contacted the delivery driver who told us he had spoken to the lady who the flowers were for. This was above and beyond their duty. Will be using them for all future flower deliveries.

I'll use them again.

I was worried about using an online site but am extremely pleased ^^ Beautifully packaged for delivery and an amazing bouquet exactly what i ordered and very fresh flowers! All happened within 2 hours,I can't believe this.
