I ordered a £200 gift voucher from Theatre Gift Vouchers for my son’s birthday before the cut off time of 1pm. I paid extra for tracked delivery. After two days, I still hadn’t received a tracking number. On the third day (promised delivery within 3 days), I hadn’t received anything or heard anything so I emailed customer service. Three days later the only listed Director at Company House contacted me to say my email had gone into Spam but he could confirm my gift voucher had been dispatched. The voucher arrived three days late. It had been posted on the third day after it had been ordered and only by first class mail - not by the tracked mail recommended and paid for. The service does not live up to the hype. I have had to post the voucher on to my son by special delivery as it arrived too late for his birthday celebration.

If I had have realised that this company was so unreliable, I would never have used them.

Ordered £150 of vouchers but only received £30. Tried to contact online but not reply. Emails didn't get a reply either. Will report them to the police!

I bought my Mum and her partner a £30 theatre voucher for Christmas, they still hadn't turned up, so I decided to check my order, only to realise I'd accidentally entered the wrong postcode.

I asked a helpful employee if there was a way to get my order redelivered. The entire process took me no more than 2 minutes.

The website said free postage over £50, but i was still charged.

The theatre tokens were supposed to be sent First Class yet haven't arrived as yet, 4 days later. Now this present is late.

The pop-up window says they're online to help, but no response.

I won't use them again.

Ordered theatre gift vouchers online before 1pm yesterday and paid £7.50 for delivery today because present to give a work colleague tomorrow. So far not delivered (12.18pm). Have not been able to speak to anyone on telephone or to "chat online" despite stated to be available, and no response to email.

Very disapppointed. Would not use again.

These vouchers are a perfect gift especially for those you find difficult to buy for, they are always well received & do not have an expiry date which is great.

The website is easy to use & delivery is always on time.
