Terrible Customer Service They Don”t Care!

I ordered £300 worth of Christmas goods…

I ordered £300 worth of Christmas goods including Turkey. Their date for delivery did not come out as I had put in so I sent an email just after purchase with correct delivery date of the 19th of December. I received an email to say they had received the delivery date, however they sent the food anyway. I called to say I could not take food now because no where to store it and that I would have called earlier had they not sent an email to say delivery date was received. This food has just all arrived at my house and they basically said tough we were too busy to read your email! I will never use them again terrible customer service.

If you want meat that doesn’t arrive in time for your event and customer service people that don’t care, these are your guys! Don’t do it

Food Ariving Warm And Bad To Eat

What a POOR experience I was given a delivery date so I waited in all day, just before 6 pm I gave them a ring to ask where my delivery was they stated they had checked the tracking and it was just around the corner from my house nothing arrived. The next day I gave them another ring they then told me the driver could not find my address but would try again today I waited in again at 3pm it finally arrived the driver apologised for his lateness telling me that the van broke down yesterday and the food was ruined and showing +14 degrees got in touch with them again they blamed the courier for the food being warm and gone off stating that packaging should keep it fresh for 72 hrs what a joke they also stated fresh food was okay up to + 8 degrees again what a joke, gov.com state + 0to +5 maximum. They then sent me a fresh delivery which meant waiting in again for a 3rd day arrived late afternoon food was at + 12 degrees put it in the bin for a second time what a waste of £70.00 plus 3 days AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE this company is going to make someone very ill and the stories they tell you are just unbelievable.

Placed my order on a Sunday. Delivery came on time and gave me the head up of the arrival time via a text. Meat quality is great. Would recommend.

Poor Service

I placed an order for delivery on 23rd December approximately 1 month prior to this date. I received an email on the evening of 22nd December stating that the delivery would not be made until 24th December due to an item not being in stock. Why not send the rest of the order on the correct day? Stated that delivery could be at any time that day as this is parcel force policy. This is a clear lie from this company as couriers will guarantee delivery before 1pm for a supplement. Obviously the company is more concerned about profits rather than customer care. Customer service absolutely useless. No offer to refund delivery charges.

Went More Than Extra Mile

I ordered from this company and was told they hadn't got one of the products I wanted. I asked them to let me know when they were in stock because they were for my grandsons Christmas meal. Two days later I got a phone call to say that the butcher had made up a special batch of vealburgers. Two days later they were delivered. Now that is superlative service. I am definitely going to use this company again. The staff had a cheery manner and altogether made my contact with them a pleasant experience.

I worked for a noted food supplier for four years and the order I have just recived is better in everyway both in quality and care taken in packaging. This beats the formular One of farming at a fraction of tghe price

Thought I would give them a try with introductory meat box offer, claimed they had delivered and left in my garden which was a joke, manager clearly wasnt interested and its taken a threat of going to trading standards to get a refund, never again, worst obkine expwrience ever.

Proper Flavour, Exceeded Expectation

My family and I have been Farmison customers since the New Year, and I'm a little surprised by some of the feedback here in light of our outstanding experience. It seems people are only content to review a company if they have a gripe.

The meat is outstanding, so much so that I now have a weekly order, with the Galloway beef being my favourite. The sausages too are worth a mention as being of proper texture, and the bacon has real flavour, not like the watery rubbish you buy in the supermarket.

We did have one issue with their courier once, but the person I dealt with at Farmison arranged for delivery to come the next day instead, and the meat was fine.

This Autumn we're going on holiday to the Dales, so I'm looking forward to seeing some of the areas our food comes from.

Would certainly recommend.
