Avoid this company !!!
Delivery time is very bad. Even though they charge a lot, quality of goods is very poor. Along with the items you have paid for,( overpriced), they enclose a whole lot of leaflets. As if anyone in their right mind would purchase anything else from them.

Consistent Spam Mail
Despite emailing this company to take my name of their mailing list and despite sending back 20 or so catalogue's requesting 'Please return to Sender' Healthy Living Direct have ignored every single request. They pester people because they don't care. I am now reporting them to the appropriate bodies who deal with companies that abuse the Data Protection Act.

Very Poor Delivery Service
Paid £4.95 for delivery for a pair of glasses, Item
suppose to be dispatched within 72 hours but still
waiting 12 days later. Help line obviously use to
dealing with customers who's items are late being
delivered,as they were unapologetic and quite offhand.
Would not recommend this company and definatly will
not be purchasing any futher items

Placed an order on the 27/8 money taken from account 28/9 sent 4 emails with no reply, so customer service is very rude and ill mannered not to even say they had got the Email even cancelled the order and asked for money back, all Catalogue's that come through from now on will be put back into letterbox marked return to sender

I placed an order and was still waiting for it 3 weeks later, so I emailed them to cancel it. They waited another 2 days, cashed my cheque, and only then contacted to apologise for the delay but that my order would be sent out later the same week, thus ignoring my wishes to cancel and have my money refunded. I emailed them another 4 times to reiterate this but they have not responded. Absolutely furious with this company. I feel I will be somehow taking receipt of this parcel when they do send it, and then still battling on to get them to send me free postage to return it to them, AND battling on after that to get my money back. What an absolute shambles of a company. I had seen the brochure in magazines for ages, and assumed it was a good company to order from. How wrong I was. Now I see on leaving this review that many people share my view. How I wish I had done my homework and looked up reviews before ordering! Please beware of this company!

Ordered Item on 22 Jan and received acknowledgement, delivery by Hermes. Called on 22 Jan and enquired - they said - "Dispatched", I said I had not been informed - "I AM INFORMING YOU NOW". Will you send me a tracking reference = "NO We do not issue". Phoned again 9 Feb and was told that had been signed for on 1 Feb. The address was shown and I pointed out that it was incorrect. I went round to that address and the occupants said it had been returned. I notified HLD and opened a dispute resolution with Paypal. No further response to any of my e-mails but a refund was issued without comment. Poor service which could have been sorted but no excuse for abruptness.

Disappointing Service, Should Have Read Reviews First!
I ordered an item for my mother, received the order confirmation and money taken from my account immediately. Decided to chase up delivery, telephoned company (13p per minute,8 minutes).
Queried delivery date and operative seemed surprised and asked if I had not been informed the item was out of stock when I ordered! Clearly not or I would not have ordered. I asked for estimated delivery date and was told "a couple of weeks", to confirm I asked what he regarded as a "couple", the response was 4 weeks! ( in my day a couple was 2).
Looking at other reviews taking money when items are not in stock is their common practice.
I was told that, if I wished to cancel the order then, I would be refunded immediately. I wonder if they will return the money as quickly as it was taken.

Lengthy delay. Delivered to wrong address. Rude customer service. Abolutely terrible. Total waste of time. No stars if possible. Avoid.
Q&A
Bought a product from them with a lifetime guarantee. It has broken, would care for another as a replacement. How do I get one?
I would not hold my breath on getting one from Healthy Living as they are bad enough at getting the original to you. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer of the product first as it would be the manufacturers warranty
