Ordered a dress month ago. They said 7-10 business days! Customer service said they don't control shipping! Then don't lie about shipping times!! Never again will I order from this site!

I've purchased a dress over a month and a half ago for a wedding coming up in Dec. 12 meaning 2 months after the purchase and have not received anything, also tried calling and they won't pick up! Pretty sure I am gonna have to now go somewhere and purchase another dress.. VERY DESSAPOINTED

I ordered 2 items and have not been delivered.

My order didn't arrive. Was told to contact delivery company. They seriously couldn't care less. Got my money and that's all that matters! Having to use my mobile during break times at work to be left on hold at delivery company. Don't waste your money or time with Want the look........whatever look you do want, you certainly won't get from here!!!!!

Pretty much the same story as many others. Ordered goods only to be fobbed of with waiting for stock. Eventually cancelled and requested a refund to be told I had to wait 30 days. This has come and gone and no refund or explanation when I contact them via email.

bought two items. they arrives but were small sized so returned via royal mail and obtained proof pf reciept. company said not revieved item back and wont refund me or respond to emails. lost moneh now. dont order from them terrible company

dispicable company i ordered a product from this company after waiting for over the expected delivery i rang wantthelook several times no one answers the phone or emails until you report them to paypal they took my money then said item is out of stock and they would let me know when it comes in same story as many customers have been told i got my money back which im sure was due to the fact i reported them to paypal disgusting customer service i should have been informed it was out of stock befor i paid for the item as one customer said the sell products they havnt got big mistake ordering from this company never ever again beware

i ordered a hair product from this so called company they took my money and said it would arrive in five to six days my order never arrived i rang to complain no one ever answered the phone or replied to my emails.i got in touch with paypal to get my money back two minutes later i got an email from want the look telling me the item was out of stock i read the very same thing with other bad reviews from other customers telling them the item was out oof stock and people reporting this company to trading standards.i am also going to report this company to trading standards this company is a shame they sell products they dont have then try to fob you off by saying they will let you know when stock comes in absolute lies.do not buy from this dispicable company rougue traders
