Recieved a stool so light that it tipped over with minimal force, had a few people sit in it and all felt unsafe. When requested a to return it was told it could be as it was 'used in a commerical space' which was untrue and never mentioned anywhere in their return policy.

Cheaply made items and increibly poor customer service.

Ordered a bed from tesco direct who franchise out and now I know this company to be Lakeland furniture. The bed was ordered on the 14 th December with a before Xmas delivery no correspondence at any point to say there was a delay. When I rand tesco I was to,d it was planned to be delivered on the 4th Jan. The bed has still not arrived and tonight the 7th I have been to,d the bed has gone missing. More likely pinched by a delivery driver. I would never shop with tesco or Lakeland furniture again. No respect for the customer, non existent communication skill. Shocking company let's put shops like this out of business you have been warned

I bought some returns furniture from lakeland and they are fab! i collected from their warehouse in Shaw. I was looking around the store and there was a pile of boxes that they said where customer returns and undelivered parcels that needed sorting through. They said that i could choose any and they where half price. The chairs where perfect, when i got home i found a label on the box from parcelforce that said delivery attempted twice and parcel returned to sender - what a bargain. The boy in the warehouse carried the stools out and put them into my car which was very nice of him

Bought 4 barstools for our kitchen. our fitter tried to charge us £110 each for the stools that they actually bought from lakeland furniture.

We paid £5o per stool and they look amazing. they really finish of out breakfast area and look super stylish. They where the Havana bar stools that we went with in the end.

I purchased an item and it was ready to be deliver next day considering its free delivery that is amazing! They emailed me and notified me so I was aware of what was going on I wasn't home to receive it the next day so I had to change he delivery day and it was very simple and fast through a link they offered me. They immediately wrote back and confirmed the change. Then they delivered the day after and kept me aware by emailing around what time it would arrive and it was very accurate estimation. Very polite service and fast response. I would recommend this 100% I will purchase from Lakeland again. Thank you. ( the packaging was great well wrapped and easy set up not much requirement. No damage to the item either.
