In short, the product (Heavy Duty folding and fixed toe Sacktruck) is very good, value for money is excellent, delivery is fast, but Sack Trucks Direct's CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!!!!!! My sacktruck arrived with a punctured tyre, which was immediately reported. These things do happen, so even though I needed the truck for a specific job that week, I gave the company a chance to put things right - stupidly I thought it would be quick. I eventually received a reply after five days, promising two new wheels. A further two weeks later, no wheels had arrived, so I contacted them again, this time to be told that the delay was because the wheels were out of stock, but that they would be dispatched that week. Checking the website, they were clearly IN STOCK, and still are, another 8 days later, but still no sign of new wheels. I have an unusable truck, four weeks after delivery, and no sign of a resolution. I will now be asking for a full refund, and if they want the truck back, they can pay for its collection.

Received my sack truck within the 2 working days. No scratches or bent sections compared to previous websites I've purchased from. Happy with my overall experience and would return if needed more.

Ordered a trolley in Dec for delivery before NOON the next day. Guess what? It didn't turn up before or at 12 IT DIDN'T EVEN TURN UP ON THAT SAME DAY!!! When I rang up and said I needed it that day they said it wasn't even put our for delivery.

So I sent an email asking them to CANCEL and collect it with no charge to me as THEY BROKE THEIR CONTRACT. They IGNORED ALL EMAILS, next thing last Friday Jan 5 17 I open my front door to find it outside. This is after I canceled the order in Dec via email, so I have lots of proof. Again emailed asked them to pick up no response.

Rang them Wed 11 Jan said they would collect it Thursday, waited in all day, no phone call and no collection. Rang today Friday 12/1/17 said they said they would pick up today. Its now 18.30 and no, no knock at the door and no phone call.

REALLY TAKING THE MICKEY SO ANGRY GONA TAKE IT TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT WHERE THEY WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FEES. Really AWFUL BAD SERVICE. NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE IT. NO REFUND. JUST UNBELIEVABLE.

Ordered sack truck for next day delivery but it never turned up. Contacted office (but not immediately as office closes at 4pm on Friday and doesn't open on Saturdays) who said they would get back to me with info asap as I needed the sack truck urgently. They didn't get back to me, apparently the customer service assistant had gone home at lunchtime and failed to contact me. I call again and this time Im told that an email has been sent to supplier and until that is answered nothing can be done (no thought of being proactive here and chasing up their supplier). In the meantime I am clocking up fees for storage as I cannot clear the space without a sack truck. So I cancelled the order. Very poor customer service and failed transaction. Have just seen the other 1 star reviews and if I had looked them up first I would never have ordered from this supplier. They must be trading though as there are people to answer the calls and my money was returned.

paid for next day day delivery and failed to deliver, told it would be delivered the following day. Problem is its needed today not tomorrow thats why i paid next day delivery and they cant even say why they have failed me. now have to go to another shop now to obtain another sack truck.

Will not be using these clowns again !

I was able to order and pay for a Sack truck using this site on 11.10.16. When no emails answered or contact via telephone available, I went to my Credit card payment details on my bill. This gave me a telephone number of another company who received the payment. The customer service person answered my emails promptly today and informed me that the company had ceased trading and it was an old site. I should not have been able to either use it or pay for items! A refund is on its way (lets hope it arrives soon!)

Sack trucks arrived promptly but with faulty wheel. The tyre was flat on arrival and so we blew it up. It needs to be blown up every other day. Emailed customer services three times during the past week, but receive no acknowledgement or response to emails.

I would not recommend this company because of the poor customer service. The trucks would be ideal if we did not have a faulty wheel.

Be wary of the 2-3 day delivery promise. Order placed on 18th - no delivery still by 26th and moving Yorkstone by hand is no fun. I was only informed about there being a potential delay in delivery AFTER my payment was taken so what was I to do? Cancel the order there and then or just hope they could stick by their postal description/delivery time of 2-3 days. I allowed the order to continue and have been paying the price, now waiting for a £200 sack truck that probably won't be used. CHECK DELVERY DATE BEFORE PAYING!

no goods, no communication. Goods were listed on web as 3 - 4 days delivery, rang chasing and they said would look into it and that's where it ends.Ten days have passed, Just waiting for paypal for refund. Just found better price trolleys at screwfix. Wish i had looked there first.
