Slow Delivery
I have used Argento about 4 times, I have noticed with each order the delivery becomes slower. I am waiting for a Mother's Day gift. It was posted 5 days ago so hope it comes today. Sadly due to disappointing delivery I won't be using them again
Poor Service
Placed order online on Monday 05/01/15 & today is 08/01/15 have been tracking order & it''s been processed since order was placed on Monday.Sent email & got reply telling me that item was out of stock & were awaitng for item to be dispatched from another outlet .I'm not happy at all as I've paid for this item & can't cancel order during processing.Not at all happy,it''s a very poor service & I won't be shopping with Argento online again.Why did they accept my order when item was'nt in stock & this was'nt stated when I placed my order.

Pandora Charm Not Genuine
First time using Argento had no reply to emails sent which got my back up straight away, finally got my charm, and looking at it and then comparing it to my other pandora charms im now not convinced its a real pandora the quality is quite naff, all my other charms have to be screwed on this one just fallls over the screw parts of the necklace and bracelet, will not be using argento again... proper let down dont be fooled by this n that % i sgall be sticking with john greed and pandora,,, im gutted...
It doesnt even have the genuine pandora markings on it, all my other charms do even the ones that you'd think wouldnt have space on them to do it still have it... im not convinced, and i havnt and will not be using them again...
All there stuff is genuine as they source them from over 600 pandora concept stores .

Asked for an exchange, no communiction back from them. When I phoned made up a story regarding it being a Royal Mail issue and nothing to do with them. customer service diabolical

Over A Week For First Class Delivery!
I ordered a Pandora charm over a week ago and sadly it only arrived this morning. The website stated 3 days maximum.
I emailed them a few days ago to ask where it was and they ignored me. Awful communication, awful service.
I run an online store, thankfully I don't treat my customers like that!

Pandora Returns
I purchased a pair of Pandora earrings which corroded after being stored in the dry for only 4 months. I returned the items to Argento over 7 weeks ago and am still getting fobbed off with different stories of why they have not been replaced yet. Not a good advert for a quality product. Will never order from these again as I do not like being lied to.

Brilliant Service
I used Argento for the first time to buy some Christmas gifts and was very impressed.
I bought some Pandora charms and a bracelet - Pandora never discount (ever!) but Argento gives 8% discount via cashback sites so it's pretty much the only place I could find where you can get Pandora products at a discount.
The customer service was brilliant - calls and emails answered efficiently and effectively. The items arrived next day and individually boxed (as I had requested on the order)
Really good service and I'll definitely be using these guys again - and recommend others do too (I'd never heard of them before)
