I have received a polished aquamarine pendant with a silver chain, and a pair of polished aquamarine teardrop earrings, set in silver and they are beautiful. Even prettier than they looked in the brochure, and a better weight and size than I expected.

Today I received my package from Braybrook & Britten. I ordered 4 silver reindeer christmas tree decorations with a red heart shape stone in each one, I got them as gifts for 4 couples who are ALWAYS so difficult to buy for, WELL, I am delighted with them, they look amazing, on each reindeer I had the first name of each couple engraved on the front of the reindeer and the finished product is stunning. If someone gave ME one of those for christmas I would be over the moon !!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time I have used Braybrook & Britten and it will not be the last, they have quality gift ideas for those very"HARD TO BUY FOR" people and I can assure you, if you brouse their web-site you will be tempted to make a few purchases. I thought the brochure seemed misleading for size and colour of item. I found 1 pearl necklace a horrid colour, one pearl was damaged, and many had unattractive ridges, not as other 'baroque' pearls i own. refund came very quickly.

Good on the whole, but check dimensions of jewellery very carefully.

I have bought from Braybrook & Britten jewellers for years. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Great place if you want more up-market jewellery or gifts. They do occasional sales, and I always manage to snag a good bargain. Quality of everything I've had is very good. Bought some pearls once, and the necklace was a bit short, so they re-strung it with extra pearls to the length I wanted.
