King Ice is amazing. They have many different types of jewelry, from Shamballah bracelets and watches, to hip-hop pendants. All of the items are an EXTREMELY good value. I've never had a CZ stone fall out or a chain break. I didn't have any problems with my actual order, but decided what to buy did take me a while, only because I really wanted to have a good choice and was slightly skeptic. I asked many questions, and my emails were promptly returned. The emails were honestly returned within the same day or next day. That was the best customer service i've ever encountered. I could also post on their facebook wall and be promptly answered which was very convenient. King Ice is also very active with its customers.
