beware they take your money but you don't get your goods and they don't reply to you cant get in touch with them feel like my hard earned money has been stolen from me this company needs to pay and shut down I ordered on 11th may 20016

I wanted to start a t-shirt printing business for stag and hen parties, doing a search I came across sublimagic. they offered great prices with a 5 year warranty most others I came across only offered 1 or 6 months which isn't good for a new start up that might be left without the main bit of kit or an expensive bill to replace it after setting up.

From the start sublimagic answered all my silly questions like how do I get the image from the computer to the t-shirt etc and was very patient. I took the plunge and got a combo start up this included all the bits to print onto caps,mugs,plates and a flat bed press for the t-shirts.

It took around a week to be delivered and it was like christmas to me it was fantastic very solid built came with simple instructions and I was soon away printing my own unique items, been using this for nearly 9 months now and I haven't had a problem and I am sure if they was a problem sublimagic would be great again with the warranty.
